Breakfast was good, though slightly less sumptuous than our last stay
The location is fantastic, just off of Derech Hevron, across from the Promenade. Once construction is finished ( :-O ) it will be better navigable again. An easy walk to transportation, center city, First Station, Hadera mall, and other locations. Sephardic shul across the street, Ashkenazi shul a few blocks away.
Halls could have be better and more often cleaned.

Staff were all excellent, friendly, helpful. Excellent communication before arrival. Free parking available. Beautiful historic building with character. Fabulous location. Full breakfast included. Comfortable bed and room.
There was nothing I did not like, but it might be difficult for someone who can’t manage stairs.

The room was comfortable, a/c worked well. Shower pressure was good, breakfast room is soooo nice, neighborhood is good,
we originally booked a cheaper room but when we got there, it smelled horribly of mold and was really not liveable. We asked for a different room and we had to pay the difference! I would have left and found another place and not have to pay that much. they nickel and dime you...only one coffee pp from coffemaker at breakfast.
