Great sunsets and phenomenal sunrises are an amazing view from the private balcony of this condo. There is nowhere else to enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast to its fullest. This 1bdrm/2ba has a crisp beach décor with a queen-size sofa sleeper and sitting chair to enjoy the captivating waves on the sugar white sands. You can sleep 6 guests! The safari themed master bedroom features a king-size bed and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. Brightly colored bunk beds are nestled in the hallway, perfect for the kids. The guest bathroom features a walk in shower and plenty of storage for personal care Items. Enjoy a conversation with friends and family while you cook delectable meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Dining area has a round glass table that accommodates 4 and two bar stools at the counter. Time away from home will certainly be full of wonderful memories. Make it an annual sabbatical! The place was great. It is small but suited my family of 4 just fine. If you have a bigger group just know it may be a tight fit. But the location was perfect and the condo was clean and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is our fifth visit to the Emerald Isle at Okaloosa Island. We normally stay in the building next door, but it is undergoing balcony remodeling. So, we decided to take a chance and stay at Pelican Isle this visit. The unit overall (309) was okay. However, attention needs to be made to cleanliness. The tile flooring and laminate flooring need to be scrubbed and cleaned. After walking around barefoot the first evening, my feet were black. The balcony sliding door track has mold and dirt and really needs to be addressed. The kitchen was stocked okay. A Keurig would have been nice. There was enough toilet paper so that was appreciated. There were also miniature bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and makeup remover pads. The unit is located just outside the elevator. It can become quite noisy at different times of the day and night. And people have a tendency to slam their doors. The staff at Pelican Isle are very friendly and helpful. And of course, the beach service was great as always. We love this location on the beach because of its beauty and watching the dolphins. We appreciate that there were units available to rent while Island Sands was being remodeled.

This condo is great! We enjoyed the location— 5-15 minutes from most anything!! The property was well maintained and the beach chairs were convenient and the layout was nice in the condo. One thing that felt odd was that it was a VRBO, but run like a hotel; starch sheets, and minimal supplies and checkout at 10am. We were asked to bring beach towels, TP, PT, and even salt and pepper. We book these kinds of places for the “home like” experience and I would say it was about half way there… to the owner/manager, I would say hold the bottle of shampoo and give me an extra roll of TP and a few more basic cleaning supplies. We did really appreciate having a vacuum in the condo! Lovely property, just wish the amenities were a bit more accommodating. Thank you!!

We loved our stay here! Waking up each morning and watching the sunrise from the balcony, and ending each night listening to the waves was wonderful. Our 3 year old loved the bunk beds and being right on the beach. Only downside was that only 1 elevator worked, so occasionally there were long waits. But overall, would definitely stay here again!

Management was very polite and informative. Our room was available ahead of schedule. The Condo was advertised as being newly rentovated but the furniture was horrible. The sofa should be put on the side of the road. The chairs were worn and there wasn’t anywhere to sit comfortably. We called because the back door lock was broken. We received a call back saying they would come by to fixed it. But one ever showed.

Wonderful!
This was our second visit and already planning a third! Always clean, always feels safe, close to everything, but never feels crowded. You can watch the best sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony, or in 1-2 minutes you can be right on the beach. No complaints whatsoever!
