The villa is beautiful, the view is so stunning. Pool and garden are gorgeous. Simona was very helpful and there waiting for us on arrival to show us around. Very clean and well equiped. We had a super time.

Internet was very poor. Strict no noise policy after 11pm (which we understand as it was a residential area but still would have been nice to be able to sit out on the terrace)

The hospitality of Simona, the equipping in the villa, the comfort of the villa, the garden and the swimming pool. For those who has car, it has great location.

luxurious, well equipped - fabulous outdoor & kitchen spaces the views are spectacular loads of space for just 4 of us very clean bus stop just across road for local transport

nothing to do with the villa but the location is a bit further out if you choose to have a care free break - local transport great but stops at 8.30pm so evenings in town or elsewhere meant returns by taxi

Well...everything! The house is beautifully designed and the attention to detail is something one rarely sees. When we entered, even the marble floors were sparkling. Everything you need is available in the house and are of such high quality. The home has a grand kitchen and dining area, a beautiful pool, a great BBQ area with its own kitchen, and a separate game room complete with its own music system. The upstairs master bedroom suite with its walkout balcony is spectacular! Even the bathrooms are uber luxurious! The best part of the villa are the hosts. Simona is the nicest, most caring, incredibly responsive host you likely will ever meet! She is such a warm, friendly, open, lovely person...always concerned that our stay was perfect in every respect. We already consider her family! We hope to be back there often and highly recommend the Diamond Villa 5 Star in Nice. Thank you for a memorable visit!
