Pas sérieux

Rien, ils ont annulé notre réservation à la dernière minute alors qu’on venait de faire 1h de route depuis l’aéroport, ils ne se sont même pas excusé rien alors qu’on était avec notre bébé. Ça avait l’air loin de tout donc tant mieux.

Terrible false advertisement

Nothing, this is completely falsely advertised. Would not even rate this a 2 star

The pool was filthy i wouldnt even let a dog swim in it, the childrens play area is filthy and everything is broken. The staff are horrendous at customer service , they were reluctant to give me there free water. They wouldnt help me with anything to do with the scooter hire or excersions desk. The rooms were not cleaned everyday. Location is far away from everything. I requested a double bed and got 2 singes pushed together I requested another bed for baby and they refused and made him sleep on the window sill bed even though it was not safe and he could have fell from high up. Overall terrible experience !

great stay, clean all round, nice staff, decent pool for daily swim. Didnt try breakfast but looked decent selection of

very clean, daily room cleaning service, great facilities, spacious rooms.

no furniture in balcony, location is quite away from most things, this wont be too bad if you have a moped to get around..booked for a double room, but noticed its actually two single beds joined together

Highly recommend, definitely returning

Room was great staff was fantastic and accommodating perfect location and service housekeeping was very nice

paid breakfast was the same everyday the food was more of a lunch menu (no muffins, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, omelets) bread, salad and other food was stale on some days

enjoyed the stay but lost 400$

underwhelmed. very poor location. didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

the facilities were clean.

it was the furthest thing from a 5 star hotel, the restaurant was frequently occupied and wasn’t open to the public despite being told it was . the breakfast wasn’t very good and lacked many options.

I stay there no safe box and I ask for room cleaning then I ride motorcycles out , the next day I can’t find my file inside about S$550 lost no choice, without a safe box

I enjoyed my stay at the Beehive the people at the reception were very nice

I never had breakfast as it was not included in the price I enquired as to how much it would cost and was told 200 baht I went to see the breakfast buffet and did not think it was worth 200 baht

Awesome

Staff are very friendly and helpful, they have a counter for renting a bike, 5 minutes to shopping mall and 10 minutes to beaches. It’s very comfortable. The restaurant are tasty and varities food. Our room is chic and clean. Value for money.

Nice hotel, but to loud and too far away from anything fun.

The room was nice, and the TV quite big. The little sofa by the window was a bonus.

The room was in the middle of a corridor with probably 30+ rooms. A family with children booked a couple of rooms across the corridor and were constantly walking between them slamming the doors and being laud. Hard to relax in such a place. Also the Hotel itself seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, had to drive half an hour to be anywhere close to a fun area.

breakfast! but for such a cheap price of 5* hotel, you probably won’t expect a open buffet 50 types of food lol… so don’t be bothered to pay breakfast when you book it. :)

We stayed here for 7 days. And never come back.

I like the price and friendly staff who serve the breakfast. Room cleaning service is also good. Aircon works properly. Spacious hall and free parking.

It’s not the 5 star hotel. Maximum 4* or even 3*. Breakfast is good for hostels not for hotels: rice or noodle, watermelon or pineapple, scrambled eggs or omelette, chicken sausage, cabbage leaves. That’s all they can offer. Every 7 days we have the same, no changes. Kids corner is dirty and almost all toys are broken. Pool bar doesn’t work. At gym there are 2 treadmills and one is out of service. We booked a room with Mountain View. In fact they provided a room with parking view)) On my question about the view the administrator offered me to refund my money and no another option)

I will be back with my family for next trip.

I like the staff here, they were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and tasty. It took about 5 mins by taxi to go to shopping mall, also the night market.
