Stayed here 5 times now on the way to Calais and always enjoyed it. It’s clean, great location and nice facilities.
We had a very early ferry and had to leave the hotel at 4.30, we could not get out the building for over 10 minutes, no staff about, we went looking, phoned a number but couldn’t get out, this really stressed my wife out as we needed to drive an hour&20 minutes to catch early ferry. We ended up having to go behind the desk and into the staff area to find a button to unlock the sliding doors, we left the key on the desk to as we had no one to check out with. This would not be good in an emergency situation.

Great location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed.
Toilet was not clean but rest of the apartment was very clean

Location, parking, dogs allowed, clean and comfortable rooms, spacious.
Room 148. Very noisy heating pump noises all night plus other strange noises coming from somewhere beneath the room.
hence disturbed sleep and an altogether less pleasant experience than expected
