This is an atypical review, with just one point. I arrived a couple of hours after a terrible storm wreaked havoc on the larger area as well as the village of the accommodation itself. All of the larger area was in a blackout (occurring late afternoon and lasting till after I had left the following morning), no gas station in the larger area could provide gas, houses had had roofs blown off, people were injured, four people were killed in the country by this storm, cars were hit and crushed by flying and falling objects, numerous roads were blocked by fallen trees, etc. Members of the owner's family also had their property damaged, and the owner's family had to coordinate help for them. Despite all of this, the owner was there waiting for me when I arrived, tried to make sure I have whatever I needed, tried to collect information for me to find out if it's possible to continue my travel the following day, etc. It's easy to go out of one's way to accommodate a guest in normal circumstances, it's another thing in the situation in which I arrived.

Nice English speaking host, who welcomed us at 23:40. Responsive and helpful with our requests. The bed was very comfortable. There was a huge balcony, which we couldn't enjoy much, because we came for 1 night sleep before continue driving the next day. Free parking at the property. Great location near the border if you want to take a break before entering Serbia. Good WIFI. Very quiet village and you will sleep good. I will likely stay again. It's not luxury place for a long holiday, but no one really looks for this in a small village near the border. I'd assume everyone wants a cheap and good place to stay for a night when on the road. I can't rate higher due to the place being too average, but it's great value for the money and you don't need more for a short stay.

The shared bathroom's roof was low and uncomfortable for a person at my height 185. There's no dedicated kitchen room, but there's a fridge and a freezer to use in the hallway. The air conditioning is installed in such a way that it blows on your heads in the bed.

The room rental in Lipovac near the border with Serbia is ideal for a short stay in transit. The landlady is very hospitable and does her best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you very much!

The accommodation is in a private house and the host is very gracious and kind. She picked up dinner for us from a nearby delivery place. I liked the convenient location to the Serbian border, it's a perfect stay if you are in transit to Greece or a far destination, we were driving from Italy so it was a perfect break for us. Loved the big balcony in the double room upstairs.

There basically is no restaurant nearby and there's only 1 choice for delivery, village is extremely small and only offers 2 local cafeterias, if you'd like to dine properly you'd have to drive some 30km+ to closest town. So just be prepared to make do with that 1 choice

We stayed in Sobe Mira twice. Overall, it's a very good value. The room was basic but clean. Ivona is a pleasant and personable hostess. She's also very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this accommodation.
