About this condo rental
Situated in Pensacola Beach, this charming condo for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beach Colony Resort East 12B is located on the 12th floor and boasts spectacular Gulf-front views from the spacious, private balcony. This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen with twin/twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. This will be your new happy place, as it has been recently upgraded throughout, including amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, fireplace and rocker recliner. Carpet all removed and replaced with LVP (new pics coming). There are also new UHD televisions and Blu-ray players throughout, along with DirecTV, an Xbox 360 and Netflix capabilities.) Video games and movies provided. Upon entering, you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer combination on your right. The guest bedroom has its own private bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The Gulf-front master bedroom leads into its own private bath with a walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub and a double vanity. The fully-equipped kitchen leads to the dining area and living room. Enjoy true paradise with a large balcony overlooking the Gulf, complete with a dining table, loungers and plenty of room to have your morning coffee, watch the dolphins or take in the stunning sunset views in the evening. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Soak up the sun by taking advantage chairs and boogie boards along with beach toys, for your use throughout your stay. It boasts an Olympic size pool along with free private covered parking. There is a beach boardwalk with ramps on both ends, perfect for wagons and beach carts. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk to the pier and several restaurants. For those unfamiliar with Navarre Beach I recommend you view the web cam. Google for it as VRBO won't let me put in a link. Enjoy the wonderful culture and cuisine of the local area in Navarre Beach. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk away from the Navarre Beach Pier and the Navarre Beach Science Station. To appease your adventurous side, venture over to the Navarre Beach Gulf Snorkel Reef and get an up-close glimpse at marine life. Just over the Navarre bridge, you will find a wide variety of local restaurants. We spent our Thanksgiving Break in BCE 12B. It was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our teenage boys loved the Xbox and the available games. The furniture was nice and new. We had plenty of pots, pans and dishes to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. We can't wait to come back! We HIGHLY recommend getting up early to see the sunrise from the balcony. It is so worth it!

Amazing condo with even better views! I forgot beach toys for my kids with flying, and was pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed for the beach with kids. A wagon, toys, bags for collecting shells, chairs, etc. although the complimentary chair and umbrella set up by the rental company was amazing also!
Scott was great to work with. Very attentive and always responded quickly with any questions I had.
The owners have thought of everything you may need and provided it. Definitely the best put together condo we’ve stayed at on the beach! Our whole family enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone, and would stay again!

We loved everything about our stay!! The pictures don’t do it justice! Everything was so clean with nice updated appliances. Extra little things in the kitchen like pizza pans, a blender, and a keurig coffee pot were a sweet bonus. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 with one being a power wheelchair user.

Loved the layout of this unit! Plenty of room for eating, sleeping, reading, watching TV and hanging out on the balcony (favorite pastime when not on the beach). The storage unit had everything we needed for hunting and collecting shells, as well as chairs, sand toys, and a beach dolly for carting stuff to the beach. We are headed home feeling very relaxed! 😃

This was a beautiful place and clean condo, bed was extremely uncomfortable as well as all the furniture. Dining chairs seats weren't attached so would fall off. Recliner is broken and leans to 1 side. Couch broken down in middle and patio furniture was pvc pipe furniture. The view is gorgeous but think it is overpriced personally. The deadbolt was broken which was a little uncomfortable considering the code could have been used by multiple people. Chairs and umbrella was included in condo rent however we didn't get any priority, they leave a few chairs "unmarked" and if you get down there by 630am you may get a place by water, however if enough paying people reserve chairs you get pushed to 2nd or 3rd row no matter what time you go down to the beach. Was prettiest water we've ever seen but not our kinda place. We like simpler and not having to fight to sit by the water

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was great, and had great amenities. My family and I had a great time. My only downfall was the chairs on the beach. If you want to get on the front row by the water, you have to reserve and pay ahead of time. If you stick with just the complimentary chairs and umbrella, you will not be on the first row.

We LOVED our stay at beach colony east. The only hiccup was the complimentary beach set up. You had to be down there early to get a set up. You can't reserve it for the week and would not let me reserve on phone...had to see attendant to make arrangements. We only utlized them 2 or 3 of 7 days. Who wants to get up early on vacaton?

Awesome unit with a amazing view. We have stayed at Beach Colony in several units, but this one is great with unexpected privacy on the porch to just enjoy the amazing view of the gulf, the pier, all the way up the beach to Ft Walton and beyone.

This is our second time to stay in Scott and Dana’s lovely condo! Always a delight! Best hosts ever! Where do I start? The condo is spotless! It is well decorated and has all the amenities you could need! They have all the cookware and serving supplies. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows! Two large bathrooms were just right for our family of five. We have 3 teens so we needed them! Normally I am not a bath person, but the jetted tub is so clean and relaxing. The water pressure in the showers is incredible! I am not kidding! I love that there were brooms and a vacuum cleaner. There were clothing racks also for air drying. Oh and a clothes basket! The balcony has a majestic view of the ocean and the pier with a table and lounge chairs! There are plenty of towels. Do bring your own beach towels though, theirs are too nice for the pool and the beach! Speaking of the beach and pool! Huge pool! The condo has a closet full of beach toys and body boards to use! As well as a few chairs and an umbrella! It also comes with chair service. Get to the beach early to grab a prime set of chairs and umbrella! Best to bring your own floaties, inner tubes, and air pump. One other thing I would bring with next time is a pitcher with water filter. If you are picky about water flavor like we are. These are just things that I would bring for my convenience. Scott provides excellent communication and recommendations. We love 12B!

I loved the condo! Very clean! The beds are very comfortable. I spent alot of time on the balcony. I seen dolphins jumping out of the water & I'm pretty sure I seen a stingray! I would love to stay there again. When we got there one of the smoke detectors was beeping. I called Mr. Hill & he came right over & fixed it. I had friends with me & one of them is handicap. His wife asked Mr. Hill if he had a small step stool to help get her husband into bed & a chair for the shower. He brought in a small toolbox for her to use & then he went & bought a chair for the shower & brought it the next morning. Mr. Hill didn't have to do that but he did. We really appreciated that he helped us.
If I had any questions all I had to do was message him & he answered me. I want to come back!

This condo has everything you need and also beach toys available. Love the location because it gets the sunrise which is great with your morning coffee. Then enjoy the rest of the sunshine feom the balcony or beach. The beds are comfortable, plenty of dishes and seating. This is a lovely condo and just as described. We really enjoyed it and hope to be back someday.

This gated property is right by the beach and has covered parking spaces. And the balcony has awesome views of the beach and the pier. Also, it's near restaurants and shopping centers for your convenience. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Condo decor is very cute. It was clean and comfortable. Coffee on the balcony every morning. Great view. Saw dolphins every day. Appreciated the storage closet with chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. Also, my grandson (almost 5) was thrilled with flashlights that were provided so we could go crab hunting since I forgot to bring any. So thoughtful. Great info from owner. Would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had an issue with no signal on the TV. Scott responded immediately and fixed the problem. I have no problem recommending this condo.

Beautiful view as soon as you open the door. Tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Spacious bedrooms and family area. Beach is a short walk with the bonus of having umbrella and 2 chairs was great. We also took advantage of the pool.
Scott is very prompt in responding to issues and resolving them quickly. (Minor problem with air conditioner, which he resolved within 2 hours with no inconvenience to us).
We are ready to return to this home away from home again next year.
This condo and the owners are a win-win.

The condo is in Beach Colony East, which is the one you want to stay in for better views. The condo was great with everything you would need and plenty of space for sitting on the balcony and watching TV or playing games in the evening. Excellent and responsive communications from the owner. By the way the beach service here was about as good as I have ever experienced.

The condo and the view were wonderful! The stove and oven need repair or updating. The dishes inventory could be replenished. The pool is lovely! The guests are very family friendly and the atmosphere quiet and very pleasant. I'm not sure there is a guest restroom around the pool area which makes me wonder what people use. Our weather was so bad we weren't at the pool for a long time. The one negative that all agreed upon was the 1 working elevator for 19 floors of 4 condos each. One of the 2 elevators was under repair and the other acted iffy sometimes! Very bad elevator situation! We left a day early to avoid the checkout time with 1 elevator! But, it is a beautiful place to vacation.
