AREA INFORMATION: Located in a very quiet golf course community and is a great place for a family vacation. Grocery stores and pharmacies are less then 5 min away. Here’s what to expect: Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00PM Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Important Information: There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door. Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old. There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home or on the property. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed. Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years. Snowbird Rentals Accepted Other things to note: While we recognize the very real need for both Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets. In the interest of caution, common sense, and moreover the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence. CANCELLATIONS POLICIES Free cancellations up to 14 days of your arrival date. Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable. TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. Stayed four nights during newyears so see friends 5 min from the house. They came over with their kids and used the heated pool. Lovey house with a great wiew over the canal.

We are a dairy farm family of 6 from Iowa getting away for quality family time and relaxation. We loved the pool and quiet community for unlimited dining and beach opportunities. The house was a dream with a quiet dock and an amazing pool. The temps were lower (50’s) and we still enjoyed the pool with the doors closed. Sitting at the high top table with the fire pit was a bonus. We also enjoyed watching movies each night as a family in the cozy living room.

Great location. Great home not any suggestions can I add to make it better. Plenty of room to visit with family. Very impressed with linens…I have stayed places where there would be 4 washcloths and 1 towel a piece for a place that sleeps 8. This home was nicely supplied even pool towels. Host very attentive.

What can’t I possibly say about this home we rented. Absolutely beautiful, comforting and clean in a beautiful quiet neighborhood centrally located to a multitude of beaches, historical sights, local restaurants, shopping and all the beauty the Emerald Coast has to offer. We are a family of 6 and it had more than sufficient room to accommodate us. Donna who was our point of contact was hands down an excellent host. Any questions we had she addressed in addition to the info she provided to us about local happenings which was invaluable. Best we’ve had yet! Do yourself a favor and take full advantage of all this rental has to offer. Rent a pontoon from Charlie at Pensacola Pontoons. Hit Destin Beach, Pensacola Beach and Florabama and don’t forget the National Naval Aviation Museum. Take your pontoon to Sand Island and watch the Blue Angels fly a practice show. Definitely something not to miss, then get lunch at Flounders via your pontoon in Pensacola. Don’t forget to get Bushwacker drink from there. Best one around!!! Live, Love,Laugh, Enjoy!!!!

We loved our stay at this property! Everything was fresh and clean! House was bright and open and perfectly furnished and decorated. There were plenty of comfortable seating areas for everyone to either sit together or to spread out into smaller groups. The outdoor area was amazing! The pool is bigger than it looked online and it’s super deep at one end. Our kids loved as did the adults! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back next July for sure!!

This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool is amazing! Location is good, close to beach and about 30 minutes from the Naval Base if that’s what you are in town for. Property manager was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the house. It was perfect for children of all ages. The roof over the pool made swimming so much more enjoyable. No worrying about sunscreen and storms. Just an FYI for the boaters, the lift cradle has been removed so you’ll have to keep your boat in the water. Perfect dock for boarding and cleaning.

The layout and setup of the property was even better than we expected. The back deck with the pool and canal view were incredibly convenient and perfect for relaxing with the family. Accommodations were perfect and Donna was incredibly responsive and helpful. Will stay here again if ever back in the area!

We visited for an extended weekend to visit family who live in the area. We had mostly adults and a 4 year-old child. The house and pool are amazing and the location is great. My only complaint is that the house is not stocked with enough pillows, blankets, dishes, paper towels, etc. The property manager mentioned that a "starting" supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags were provided, but the rest was up to us to bring or buy. I personally feel that with the cost of the house those should be provided for the length of the stay. Other than that, the house was great. The deck and pool were sooooo great and my favorite part of the house.

We had an amazing stay. I think the outdoor spaces were our favorite part of the house, though we loved all of it. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well supplied. We look forward to returning in the future.

This property was perfect for our Family! I searched for properties for a few months and this one was exactly what I was looking for. The house was very clean, located in a quite neighborhood away from all the busy tourist traps. I was able to bring my boat, the boat launch is about 3 minutes from property, was able to launch it the day I arrived and did not have to worry about picking it up until the day I left. I was able to take the boat out to the beach & sand island to watch the Blue Angels practice was perfect. Tiger point Golf course is literally across the street, was able to play 18! The covered pool area was very nice, Unfortunately we wasn’t able to use the pool during our stay because the heater was broke but the property manager called to inform us of that before we arrived, (if you ever owed a house or camp you understand stuff happens ) we still made the best of it enjoying the covered area to hang out with the family. The property manager was very nice and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend & will definitely stay again!

We loved everything about our stay!! Rooms looked exactly like the pictures - absolutely beautiful and clean!!Our entire family stayed with ages ranging from toddlers to mid-60s and the house accommodated everyone perfectly!! As a parent, I must point out the safety features surrounding the pool - this meant so much to me as a young mom! Each door not only had a dead bolt lock but also included a chain at the top (out of toddlers/kids reach) ON EVERY door that surrounded the pool! This made me feel so safe!! Also, leading down to the dock was a locked gate as an extra safety measure!! So impressed. Beach towels were awaiting us as requested! We had the opportunity to meet two neighbors and everyone was so kind!! Donna, the owner and host greeted us upon arrival - took the time to show us around - and made herself available to us if we needed anything! Our family truly believes this will be a place we will gather each year! The pool and dock is truly such a WOW factor!! We are coming back to stay next year! Thank you Donna!!
