Great house in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was great, although the pool cleaning robot was still in it when we arrived. We just pulled it out. Quick drive to the beach was appreciated. We used the Blackstone almost everyday. The extra propane tank was clutch. Loved that there was already toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent already at the house. We were allowed to check-in early. We were kinda surprised at the lack of pool floats/toys and beach items (1 boogie board). We spent quite a bit of on beach chairs, floats/noodles, etc... for our family and ended up leaving it there for the next folks. The pillows on the beds were not great. Recommend you bring your own or grab pillows from the couch to prop them up. The shower in the master bathroom was a hit. The paintings in the room were pretty awesome and definitely contributed to the overall vacation feel. Overall great house and experience. Would stay again and recommend!!

This house was a great place for me, my dad, and brothers to stay during a weekend fishing trip. It’s very comfortable and well appointed. We liked that there was a full dispenser of hand soap in the kitchen and a roll of paper towels. The pool and back yard are great and we caught a few fish off the canal.

This was the perfect home for our family. We were down from NC celebrating our youngest son graduating from Abeka. Our two older sons & their wives came also. The house was spacious enough for all of us to have enough space not to be on top of other. House was clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. The pool was crystal clean. We enjoyed the covered area by the pool. It has ceiling fans and also heaters for the cooler nights.The pier was the winner though, the guys enjoyed fishing from the canal. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Families walking and riding bikes. You are only 9 minutes to Pensacola Beach. There was so much to do and see. We highly recommend staying.

Overall, the house was nice and had a lot of potential. It was clean, spacious, and located in a convenient area. The layout was comfortable, and many of the amenities were enjoyable during our stay.However, there were several maintenance and safety issues that affected the overall experience. In addition, the property showed signs of general wear and tear that could benefit from more attention and upkeep. While the house itself was attractive and had many positive features, addressing the electrical problems, repairing the door locks, and improving overall maintenance would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.The home has great potential, but these issues prevented it from meeting the level of quality we expected.
