The part that is rented is on the first floor: there are 2 rooms of sufficient size, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin, a washing machine, a sink and a toilet. The kitchen has a bar table where you can eat nicely and is open to the living room, and the terrace is huge and has everything you need for a beautiful vacation with a view of the sea. Plenty of towels and sheets, I don't know what was missing in the kitchen, as if we were at home. The air conditioner works well, it turns itself off after a while and it is in the living room, just enough to make the rooms comfortable. The driveway in the yard is a bit awkward to enter by car, but only until you get used to it. We were greeted by snacks, water/juice and ice cream for children ☺️. The host is very helpful and pleasant, and she really provided everything, even more than necessary. By the way, the place is small and quiet, right for a vacation, it has 3 restaurants, and a very small promenade, and Sahara beach is 2 minutes away by car: the beaches are wide, there are hundreds of beds (with minimal consumption, which you quickly achieve), the sea is beautiful. We will be back for sure! ☺️
The internet was a bit worse for me because I had to do something on the computer for the company, and I waited a really long time for some things to start, but it's fine for classic use (social networks, netflix...). A small dishwasher in the kitchen would be an extra addition, if we could leave at least that part of washing the dishes at home and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. But these are not complaints, we really liked everything, just some suggestions.

La ubicación muy buena, a 3 minutos andando a la playa

la casa muy cómoda y equipada con absolutamente todo lo necesario, como en casa
muy buena señal de internet (para los que trabajan a distancia)
Cerca de nuestro Beach Bar (nuestro favorito Fuego Del Mar) y a 5 minutos de la taberna karavomilus
En 5 minutos en coche puedes llegar a Nea Kalikatrea para supermercados , tiendas, restaurantes o grooming si tienes perrito (recomiendo DogtoDog)
En 35 minutos se puede llegar a Salonica (recomiendo el parking de lof.3is Septemvriou 39)
En nuestro caso, teníamos el coche mas largo y fue un poco difícil aparcar los primeros días (pero los propietarios han ayudado un par de días y luego ya fue cada día mas fácil) :-)
y un asunto muy personal (me gusta dejar el aire acondicionado cuando estoy fuera de casa, pero al ser de ultima generación se desactiva o va mas suave si no hay presencia en casa :-)

Minden! 😊 A szállásadó nagyon kedves, korrekt és szolgálatkész. A kapcsolattartás kiváló, a ház modern és tökéletes volt egy 4 fős család részére. A ház felszereltsége szintén kiváló, a panoráma az óriási teraszról gyönyörű! Ha akarnék sem találnék hibát a szálláshelyben!
