Fit for purpose

My training was conducted at this hotel. Very convenient. Staff was good and helpful. Even sent my breakfast to my room.

There is no room available at ground level. Since I’ve osteoarthritis, it is cumbersome for me to climb up and down the stairs because my room is on the first floor.

Terrible

The bedsheet was dirty.The toilet door was so run down that it was hard to close. The pipe switch was spoilt and sharp edges which hurt whenever we switch on the pipe. My kids have rashes after sleeping on the bed the first night and we did not think much..second day which our last night it went worse. Now that we are back their rashes gone.
