Everything was clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. This hotel will be my number one choice to stay for sure.
The walls are too thin, you can hear other people talking. It wasn’t a big of a problem - the guests were quiet.

The people who run it are like family. Rooms are comfortable, always clean, setting is a local neighborhood so it’s quiet and friendly, room A/C is excellent (!)

Trustable confirmtion reservation, sometimes little difficult in ukrainian cities, card payment accepted.
Small room, I booking some time ago, same price larger rooms. This is new section with very small rooms. Bed very small and not comfortable.
