Very spacious and clean. Good to have facilities downstairs, as well as an upstairs bathroom. Enjoyed being able to sit in the garden to eat breakfast etc Nice surprise to have fresh milk, eggs, bacon and wine waiting for us.

It would have been nice to have a microwave. The induction hob worked well but would have been much easier to make porridge, in the morning, if there'd been one available.

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. It’s nestled next to a beautiful Oast house so has lovely views, it’s decorated with lots of interesting artwork and has a feeling of real luxury with its huge bath and giant bed. The host is also very nice, she came and met us on arrival and when we left. She also left bacon eggs and milk in the fridge which were a special touch. It’s on a farm which we were able to walk out into a secluded forest and pond, whilst we didn’t have time to do any more than that the walking in the area looked fairly extensive. It’s also a short drive into tenterden and (importantly for us) a short taxi to chapel down vineyard. Overall I just had a great weekend here with my partner having some quality time together.

We had a lovely stay for couple of nights in this well equipped cottage with excellent facilities. Parking on site and wonderful country walks on the doorstep. Lovely hosts and their farm animals.

Well equipped, private and cosy barn, 20 minute walk across fields to Tenterden where there were plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The barn was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The location was great; a short drive or 20 min walk into Tenterden, but very peaceful. I would return in a heartbeat.

Everything! A beautiful place to stay for the weekend, hosts were lovely and helpful, property itself very clean, had everything we needed and gorgeous location. We would highly recommend and hope to return

Lovely hosts, really friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the extra little touches and all set in the back drop of the most beautiful English countryside.

There really is nothing to dislike. Leaving was the only negative! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Very spacious, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Absolutely loved our stay there.

Had all the kitchen appliances we needed to make a Christmas dinner. Asked for a blender and microwave and they were very accommodating in providing. Spacious property and very well looked after. Would 100% recommend and great to escape reality for a few days! Thanks Stephen and Kate!

WiFi wasn’t that great but I suspected that a location thing and nothing to do with the hosts/property itself.

for us the location was great although the road to the property had afew sharp bends. very clean and well looked after house.

Potts farm Angel Cottage V pretty photo was taken from a private garden. A far more accurate impression would be to photograph the property as visitors see it. We wouldn't have chosen the property as it really appeared.

Great decor and a very comfortable cottage. Loads of space inside and plenty to do in the area…. beautiful beaches, rural walks, steam trains, National Trust properties. Kate and Stephen were the perfect hosts.

Wi fi was a bit hit and miss but to be expected in the location. We could not get the hang of the Apple TV so used our iPad instead.

The perfect cottage to get away from it all - cosy, welcoming, and clean. The bathroom is amazing - and the bath..! 5* The kitchen is well equipped and has everything that you need. We loved it all. Thank you!

The beautifully designed converted barn was self contained - equipped kitchen. Every aspect of the interior design was perfect. Ideally located on a picturesque working farm and located within a 13 minute walk ( I timed myself ) of Tenterden Station. Managed by Steven and Kate, lovely, courteous , knowledgeable people.

There was nothing I did not like.

This was our second stay and the property was just as good as the first time. Its location is so peaceful but still within easy reach of Tenterden town centre, either by car or on foot. There are plenty of other interesting places to visit nearby and the seaside is only about 20 miles away. Great for walking or sightseeing.
