About this cottage rental
Nestled in Keuka Lake, this charming cottage for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. "Lamoka Getaway" is a newly renovated beautiful lakeside home with 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bath featuring stunning views of Lamoka Lake. The large landing and 70’ of lakefront are ideal for swimming and boating. You’ll enjoy the open floor plan and the home features a large deck, dedicated space for dining and kitchen, outdoor seating with a fire pit. The living room, with a futon for additional sleeping, has amazing views of the lake, like a postcard. Each room has a ceiling fan and the cottage has central air. For your convenience, you'll have access to wi-fi, outdoor gas grill, a large parking area, and a boat dock. We also have 3 kayaks and 1 canoe for our guest to use. Enjoy the evening sun from this eastern shore location or take a short walk to the local bar/restaurant. Lamoka lake is also centrally located in the Finger Lakes' wine region with several micro breweries popping up and is 20 minutes from Watkins Glen, 35 minutes from Corning, NY, 20 mins to large grocery store for your convenience. Lamoka Lake is also connected to Waneta Lake through a channel so you can enjoy both lakes. Also, there is state land with thousands of acres and miles of hiking trails within minutes, and it's only 20 mins away from Watkins Glen State Park with awesome gorge and waterfall hikes for the avid hike as well as the Watkins Glen International raceway for race enthusiast. Golfers would enjoy the 10 minute drive to two different golf courses in the Finger Lakes.

Everything about our stay was terrific. We gave 5 stars in all categories. The cottage and lake is beautiful. This lake has a quiet community and we walked the lake road several times and kayaked. It’s a great location to head either east or west to the other finger lakes. The owners provided a notebook with so many options for activities, wineries, restaurants. This is a beautiful area to visit. You won’t regret staying at this cottage.

This property is immaculate. Robin came to greet us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Such a pleasant experience. This property is close to many attractions; watkins glen, many state parks and one of my new favorites is biking on the keuka outlet trail.
This property has everything you need for an enjoyable week at the lake a full kitchen with everything you need to cook or just reheat leftovers. Plenty of space to spread out.The fire pit and outdoor space was wonderful and peaceful. We did not use the kayaks but they were available for our use if we wanted. Loved watching the sunset over the lake each night. A great stay!

This is a phenomenal stay. The property owners added wonderful touches like fuel for the first fire. The house was incredibly clean and comfortably furnished. The location is wonderful with a fantastic view of the lake and easy access!

This lake is beautiful and peaceful. Near to several wineries. Highly recommend Bully Hill. It was great. The restaurant was first rate. Even the gardens were so pretty. Wagoners we also visited. Liked there location and best root beer you ever had!

We couldn’t be happy with our stay. The property is exactly as it appeared on the listing, even a bit better. The property is located on a lake perfect for kayaking, swimming, and fishing. It is convenient to everything the Finger Lakes has to offer including vineyards and hiking. Our 9 year old absolutely loved the stay. Home is very clean and well-equipped. Hosts Robin and Ed live next door and are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will most definitely return!

We cannot say enough about how we enjoyed our stay. Ed and Robin were such wonderful hosts. So kind and helpful and we enjoyed lots of laughs! The cottage is pristine with very comfy beds!!! So nice to get away, enjoy coffee by the lake, kayak all day and campfire each night. We truly treasured our stay and just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you again Ed and Robin for your kindness! You are THE BEST HOSTS ever!!! Can't wait to come back!

Great peaceful and quiet place to visit Watkins Glenn and the Finger lakes. Perfect location to be away from the high traffic area and still close to everything. Next time we will bring our fishing rods. Thank you host Robin and Ed for sharing.

My friend and I took an extended weekend for some time away. We wanted a property on the lake with our own spaces. This cottage provided everything we needed, wanted and more … including the lake view!!!!!
Ed & Robin are wonderful hosts. Provided tons of recommendations and great communication throughout the process. Everything we planned to do was just a quick drive away!

This was one of our best Vrbo experiences ever! The property was absolute perfection for my husband and I to stay for the week. The location on the water was amazing! Ed and Robin (the owners) were the sweetest and made sure we were well taken care of. Robin even stopped by to answer questions and tell us about the area. Close to all of the major hiking areas and also surrounded by many wineries. Again, it was PERFECT! There is not a single negative thing I could think of to say about this place. We just got back from the most wonderful, relaxing weekend. The photos of this property are spot on. The entire home is immaculate. We had plenty of space to move around in. The view from the living room is breathtaking. We loved the waterfront and the deck off of the kitchen. We enjoyed the kayaks and swimming in the lake. Just can’t say enough good about this place. We had a lovely stay at Lamoka Lake. The house was clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas were wonderful. Use of canoe was a plus and cooling off in the lake was great on the 90 degree day. Ed and Robin were great hosts and we would love to return.

Fishing trip
My son and I had a great time fishing on lake lamoka.
The cottage was at a great location ,close to the boat dock.
The temp in side the cottage was easy too control, weather we had it in cool or heat mode setting.
The only down side was the price to rent for the week but we will be staying there again.

Lovely place on Lamoka Lake
My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary at the Lamoka Getaway and found it to be wonderful! We loved the location and the stunning views of the lake along with the gorgeous sunsets. Our hosts Robin and Ed were gracious and kind and even showed us their other property on the lake (Lamoka Cove Getaway) which didn't have any reviews yet but I would not hesitate to rent that property. It was hard leaving such a beautiful place and we look forward to our return.

Peaceful and perfect!
This cozy, comfortable, and well kept cottage was perfect for our getaway. It was on a quiet little street and it was so easy to put the kayaks in the water and paddle the beautiful lake. The views of the lake and the wonderful sunsets were incredible. We met the owners, Robin and Ed, who were so welcoming and hospitable. Great people!! At night, we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit while gazing at the waters and the starry sky. We had our bikes with us and were able to find some nice quiet roads to ride with beautiful scenery. Had some great food at the local pub, Lost and Found. And were able to visit Hammondsport and Watkins Glen for hiking....both were within 20 minutes. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations!

We just needed to get away and this was perfect for us! The living area is set up nicely and the view was spectacular, especially the sunsets. Everything we needed was there and the major Finger Lakes are really close. Being off that main lake areas allowed us to find unique cheese and ice cream shops. We look forward to visiting again!
