We stayed over the weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party and everything was great! The cabin was clean and spacious for everyone. We did run into a minor issue with the toilet and plumbing, but Paul was very prompt in responding and it was fixed right away! Despite the power going out for a few hours from the storm, everything was excellent! Will definitely stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights at Island Club #4 for a bachelorette party weekend. We were overall happy with the accommodations and pleased to be offered a discounted last minute option to check in one day early. We also rented golf carts from Island Club which were easy to easy, delivered to our cabin and worked well for our group. We did make several calls to Island Club while we were there and they were very nice and delivered what was needed in a timely fashion. When we arrived we were missing a couple fitted sheets for twin beds which were delivered to us. We wish there was a couple cleaning items in the cabin. We had ants the first day and the next morning had to throw out food that was on the counter wrapped up tightly because ants got in. We called right away to see if we could have spray, or for it to be addressed. Someone came right away and sprayed inside, they also sprayed outside. We did not have a problem after that. We did notice that there was some mold build up on the upper parts of the walls in one of our bathrooms which was concerning, but there was nothing that could be done at time of stay. I do hope it's something Island Club can address for future stays. Overall we had a good time. The cabin was fairly clean when we came although the rooms/bathrooms were a little outdated. I would recommend to someone in the future. Not sure what other cabins look like but I would maybe pick a different rental house next visit. I did appreciate that there were no bunk beds.

Our group of 6 arrived on a Saturday afternoon and left Monday morning. We ended up with a bigger place than we had booked which was a nice benefit. I would advise reserving a golf cart before you arrive. We brought our car which we ended up using because there weren’t any onsite carts available. We didn’t use the pool or grill but I liked that they were there. Overall the place was clean and had what we needed. There were cups, pots/pans, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils including a wine bottle opener if you need it.

This was a great house-- Close to the pool and easy access to the main road. Only issue was the stupid people who brought glass to the pool and it broke and no pool for two days. Dottie was so helpful and accomodating.

Cabin was okay, but not worth the price. Number of issues: light bulbs needed replaced in master bedroom, some light had no covers on them, furniture was not that great smelling, seem to be 'musty', shower door in master bath did not close all the way. Cabin just seemed to be 'dated' and really not that attractive.

The Island Club #4 cottage was a decent place to stay. No bugs, all appliances worked. Ample space, good seating. Beds were comfortable. While booking, staff was very helpful in ensuring we got the best cabin for our needs. Security deposit arrived in a timely manner.

We had a good stay at the Island club. The customer service was great and always helped out when needed. The cottage was a great size for the bachelorette party we were having that weekend; everyone loved it! It was nice to have a kitchen and a good amount of space. The location is great; you are just a few minutes drive from both downtown and the Miller Ferry. The taxi service was always available when we needed them. The cottage could have been a little cleaner when we arrived; we walked into sheets and towels piled up on the counter in the main bathroom. We also didn't have any hand soap in either of the bathrooms.

Overall we had a great time on our first ever visit to Put-In-Bay. Being the "off season" there were not any crowds but some of the island attractions were closed as were some of the eating establishments so we were not able to partake in all the island has to offer.Our rental in the Island Club #4 was nice but the unit does need a little maintenance (two drawers in the kitchen were broken, several of the outlets in the kitchen would not retain the plug that was inserted and some of the unit's decorations could have used a good dusting. Also the rear windows on the unit would not lock which makes the unit unsecure but we did not experience any problems. The location of the unit was great for us. It is a little out of town (not within walking distance)but that was not a problem since there were no crowds and very little traffic on the roads.

Cannot say enough Great Things about Dottie and her crew. From the minute I first called to make the reservation to the last call thanking them when we got back, they were on top of their game. We rented House #4 just off the main road and were very pleased with the place. The house ws huge and very lovely and sparkling clean and cozy. The rooms very very accomidating and the linens fresh and pressed. Each room had 2 queen beds and some even had full bunks. The bathrooms were roomy and fresh with bath towels and washcloths. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you need from coffe makers and filters, to all the flatware you could need. Lots of counterspace to prep if needed. The golf cart rental was most helpful and very convinient as they were there at the house when we arrived. If you want to enjoy yourself on this FANTASTIC ISLAND, call Dottie and her crew. We're already talking about booking House #4 for next years stay. THANKS AGAIN MISS DOTTIE!! IT WAS A WEEKEND TO REMEMBER!! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR FOR SURE!!!
