We loved our stay in Nana and Franco's apartment. It was comfortable, charming and well maintained. The kitchen unit is fully equipped and immaculately clean. Nana and Franco left water for us in the fridge on arrival (both still and sparking), as we were told that tap water was not suitable for drinking. There is a kettle though, so you can boil water and cool it down for drinking.
The beach that is located roughly five minutes from the apartment was beautiful and excellent for children, shallow for 'miles', and even in the high season (second half of August), it was not overly busy, we were among very few people there who were not Italian :)
It is a very quiet location, so if you are looking for a bit of peace like we were, you would love it!
We asked Nana and Franco for advice in regard to local restaurants, and it was spot on, especially the ice cream place they recommended, my husband actually decided he will never have any other ice cream ever again, meaning we have to go back :)
We are planning to stay with Nana and Franco again for certain, and whole heartedly recommend their place, Sardinia is amazing and is now on the list of our best holidays :)
Nana and Franco were truly amazing, we felt like staying with family.

La casa è pulita e dotata di tutti i confort necessari per una bella vacanza , posizione top per raggiungere tutte le mete in poco tempo , i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e non invadenti , da ritornarci il prossimo anno !!!

outdoor shower, well equipped kitchen, near beach, friendly owner
the door in the room did not close and the bunk bed was very disturbing for the two people sleeping on it

Die Lage sehr nah am Strand 🌞
Die Straßen sind nicht komfortabel ( nicht asphaltiert) da können die Vermieter auch nichts dafür
