Overall stay was good! A warm comfortable room. A pretty decent breakfast. And mostly a pretty great staff! Thank you.

It was a decent hotel near Leavenworth

Stayed two nights, wouldn’t stay again, paper thin exterior walls and no frills for cost.

When we arrived to our room we noticed several scratch and black marks on the dresser, what looked like white melted plastic on the coffee table and the door jam was missing a screw and the deadbolt didn’t work. The front desk clerk made it right and moved us to a different room. The front desk clerk also helped us that evening with a can opener when we needed one. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. Pro: Clean Rooms, Some of the staff is friendly, Continental breakfast and coffee are good.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. While sleeping overnight we noticed that you cannot hear anything via the interior rooms (ie:between the walls to the next room or out to the hallway). You can however hear the person above you walking, moving, toilet flushing and showering. You can also hear everything outside like you were just sleeping in a tent or camper. Just a quiet car going by, you hear it. I understand being in a city and such but everything was so loud, like the exterior walls were paper thin. This hotel is near a fire house I think because sirens were heard very loudly all the time. We had a King Suite, the bed was not very comfortable. We bought some drinks from the little store they have and noticed that they were extremely out of date, after tasting one of them, and had to return them. At first the ladies told me that just means the brew date and I knew better. Then they had to call and get approval to refund me. This hotel shows they have a bar/bistro in their posting and they do not have one. This hotel also shows they have electric kettles in the rooms and they do not. Cons: Thin exterior walls, can hear people on top of you walking around, don’t rotate drinks in store and beds are not comfortable and they don’t rotate their stock in their store and check dates.

Overall the stay was great, I would suggest that your marketing department get in touch with booking.com and up date the

Bed was very comfortable and the rooms amenities were good.

So through booking.com I booked a room that was advertised having a tub. This room did not. Booking.com also advertised this property having a hot tub, which it did not. When speaking with the front desk she informed me that only the 2 bed queen has the tub, as I stated before the advertisement for the king bed room through booking.com had a tub in it.

Friendly reception. We watched a late comer arriving after breakfast time, probably knowing that she would have gotten nothing but coffee, but the breakfast lady, brought out some food and gave it to the late comer. Very kind and going above and beyond for their guests.

Overall we had a great stay for our last minute trip to the USA.

The room was clean and comfortable. Beds had great pillows and sheets and covers. This is rare to find at other hotels so thank you.

The bathroom fan did not work.

Exceptional

The room was very nice. The heater was rather loud but not a big enough deal to be upset about. Everything else was better than I expected. The front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful.

a nice newer building with great staff, but a bit noisy depending on who your neighbors are.

great staff, nice facilities and amenities (new building).

We had to park a ways from the entrance because of the parking lot layout. Noisy neighbors (walls let a good amount of sound through).
