Residents lounge with games
Despite being assured that the very loud low vibrating: droning extractor fan from the kitchen would be turned off at 19.30, it didn’t go off till around 20.20 and that was only after going down 20 minutes before to the same person to query why it hadn’t gone off . The noise was v disturbing even with the windows fully closed and you could even feel the vibration through the headboard. Also came on again at 7 am and woke us up ! Sadly for this reason alone we will never stay here again

Bed was comfortable.
Water goes all over the floor when showering ,screens were not gd. Room was tired and dated ,pink had been a rushed job, not wiped from the plastic sockets .Breakfast white sausages not cooked long enough so couldn't eat them or bacon.
