The apartment is located on the 9th floor with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and mountains from the lovely terrace. The apartment is completely renovated and contains a large combined kitchen / living room, nice bathroom, large bedroom with good wardrobes, air conditioning in bedroom and living room and large terrace. The apartment includes combined oven / microwave, washing machine, TV and music system. The terrace has outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 sun loungers, 2 lounge chairs with foot stools and table with 6 chairs. Benal Beach has a 24 hour reception, security guards, lifts (handicap friendly), huge pool facilities with many slides, indoor and outdoor bar as well as pool bar, supermarket, large splendid gardens with colorful artificial lakes, large fitness center with heated pool, spa bath, sauna and solarium. Opposite Benal Beach is the beautiful Parque de la Paloma with cactus park, flowers, zoo and lake. 1oo meter to lovely wide sandy beach with restaurants and bars. There are 100 bus stops with direct buses to Malaga, Torremolinus, Fuengirola and Benalmadena Pueblo. The railway station is 1.5 km away. There is 2 km to the large Marina with exquisite shops and restaurants. 2 km to funfair and eagle reserve and 15 km to Malaga airport. There are approx. 35 golf courses in a radius of 50 km. 70 km to scenic area with large lakes, rivers, dams, forests and mountains, suitable for lots of different activities.

Our flight arrived early but they did their best to allow us in early. Location was great and bus just short walk. Lots of restaurants in the area and a short walk to beach. We loved the balcony and that was one reason we chose this apartment. Fortunately we had sun from 8 am to 8 pm which was lovely. Would book again.

The condo is well equipped and offers all the commodities needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location is perfect for an easy access to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants and local buses. Easy communications with the owner.

Great location , on the bus route and very close to the beach. This was a very well equipped property and excellent kitchen , with every choice of pot and pan you could wish for . Bright and modern with a great terrace.

The apartment was of exceptional quality. The outside space was superb. Everything that you need is available in this apartment. All correspondence with Fleming was very good. There was a small issue on our first day, we contacted Sharon and she had it sorted within 15 minutes. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to return. We stayed I. This apartment in April 2022. The whole process went very smoothly from booking process until end of stay. Great communication with Flemming. This is a fabulous apartment which is modern and clean with everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped with absolutely everything you need if you wish to cook during your stay (which I didn’t as there were only two of us and easier/cheaper to eat out). Plenty of bedding and towels to allow for change of beddings. My absolute favourite part of the apartment was the balcony. It was huge and fully furnished with two sun loungers, six seater dining table and a lovely sofa and armchair. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t so kind to us so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful balcony. This apartment was a home from home apartment. Thank you for renting your apartment to us. We hope to return in the future. I fully recommend staying here. 😀😀

Virkelig skøn lejlighed med en fantastisk terrasse og beliggenhed. Poolen brugte vi dog kun to gange - for mange mennesker og larm. Vi anbefaler at droppe bil, da det er svært at finde parkering. Der var mange gode restauranter i nærheden. Flemming var meget hurtig og hjælpsom, hvis vi havde spørgsmål.

the terrace and whole apartment is of high quality sun is on the terrace from 8am till 8pm el fresco eating with a 6 seater table sun loungers and quality wicker chairs outside kitchen and barbie, bars and restaraunts all within 5-10 minute walk even had pool passes for the water shoots which are within the complex grounds air con is very good all in all a fantastic holiday food at sportsman pub cheap and very good quality just 5 mins walk away

We had a really nice stay at this apartement. Everything we needed was available and the terass was wonderful so we spent a lot of time out there. The kids really enjoyed the pool area and the beach was only a couple of minutes away. We hope to return again.

This apartment is tastefully decorated and the cleanliness is first class. Well stocked with all that is required for a holiday, The kitchen has every utensil that you could think of and more. Very comfortable lounge/dining area. Then comes the massive terrace with dining table and chairs, very comfortable lounging chairs and sun loungers. the space is amazing, as are the views right across the mountains with a panoramic sea view. The perfect space for soaking up the sun or alfresco dining. Shady area is also available . All in all in my opinion one of the best venues to spend a holiday in Benalmadena. I highly recommend this accommodation and will surely be returning

Fantastic Apartment - indoor facilities of this lovely accommodation are terrific and spotlessly clean. The huge terrace has views of the sea and also the mountains and has the sun from sunrise to sunset - what more could you ask for ! The terrace is huge and the outdoor furniture is amazing and really comfortable - with areas of shade - if required. The Pool area is ideal for both adults and kids alike - a mini water park - also with loads of areas to sunbathe in the adjoining lovely gardens - also has quiet areas if required. The owner was very helpful with advice and information prior to the the holiday. I would highly recommend the Apartment - which is situated across from Paloma Park and a two minute walk from the Beach.
