This striking Villa offers a chance to “get away from it all” but is just ten minutes from the amazing dinning, shopping and activities of Cruz Bay and only fourteen minutes from the Northshore Beaches.
Arco Iris features three equal-size king bedrooms with air conditioning. Each room has en-suite bathrooms, individual balconies/patio and fabulous views of Fish Bay. You will also enjoy the private indoor/outdoor showers that allow you to gaze into the Caribbean.
The fully air conditioned large open-concept great room and kitchen takes entertaining to a new level. Four sets of sliding glass doors frame the room allowing you to admire the view from anywhere in the room. A wide covered balcony wraps the great room creating true indoor/outdoor living spaces. You will look forward to sharing meals on the balcony while soaking in the ambiance.
A 10 x 20 saltwater chlorinated swimming pool featuring a 6-foot-long swim up seating bench is the centerpiece of the tiled outdoor-patio. This spacious area is furnished with chaise loungers, a comfortable conversation seating set and an outdoor Ping Pong Table for your entertainment.
You'll find an assortment landscaping including many palms growing on this remarkable property.
For your convenience, a large closet contains beach chairs, coolers. Beach towels are also provided
Easy access driveway with turnaround and ample parking spaces awaits your arrival.
Whole house generator to ensure a stress-free stay during those annoying island wide power 'hiccups'.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.
Owner and Property Manager assume no liability to renters if they choose to stay in house during a storm. The house may need to be secured if there is an approaching storm.

We were a party of 4 and loved our stay at Arco Iris. It is a very comfortable villa in a great location with a wonderful view of Fish Bay. There really wasn't anything that we were lacking in this home. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely recommend staying in Arco Iris.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor seating was so comfortable. The view was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. Perfect for adults.
