Great communication from host, who met us on arrival to hand over keys and show us around. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, HUGE, and in an excellent central location, just behind Brasov's main square. It was tastefully decorated and well-equipped.
We would have loved a coffee capsule per person per day but that's all.

There are two apartments; due to a change in our schedule, we stayed in each for a few nights. They both were clean and nicely furnished. Apartment #1 is very spacious and would easily accommodate 4 (2 on sofa bed). It has a washing machine. The building is essentially on the main square, very close to the Black Church and other sights. It is about a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and bakery. Apartment #2 is also very spacious and slightly larger than #1. I don't remember if it has a sofabed couch or not.
We expected stairs and we got them -- 2 flights. That wouldn't have been a big problem had the stairs been lighted. You have to climb 14 in the dark before the motion-detector light comes on. The entrance to the apartments is through a small alley dominated by smoking restaurant workers and large garbage cans. Apartment #1 has a shower that is a tremendous safety hazard. The floor is beyond slippery; it is not safe at all. The kitchen lacks basic utensils and a colander for draining pasta. There is no oil, salt and pepper or other basics that one would expect in a furnished apartment. Apartment #2 is also spacious, but it also lacks the important kitchen items. The shower floor isn't as slippery as #1's, but it is difficult to access because the bathroom is very small and cramped. Apartment #2 does not have a washing machine. The unlit stairs and difficult bathrooms really hurt the overall impression of both apartments.

We had an excellent stay here. Location is amazing, right near Piata Sfatului, and even if central it was not noisy during the night. Big apartment, super clean, with a lot of facilities and very helpful host. Will definitely come back.
