Spacious with enough room to sleep 8 people comfortably. The beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to hang clothes. There were board games, books and dvds. The kitchen was well equipped. Good location to get to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. The host left milk, scones and jam on arrival.
Was set on a main road which was extremely busy. The property was very tired and could have done with a deep clean. In particular the washing machine was mouldy, the showers both had mould around seals, some of the window sills had mould.

We really liked everything about our stay here. We found lovely scones on our arrival. The dog was happy and we are always grateful for that. The children liked their rooms which were all light and clean. We especially liked the courtyard garden where we sat and had meals and played games surrounded by nice trees and shrubs. We were vary happy to water the plants.
There was nothing we didn't like although the top bunk was squeaky.
We would have been very happy to put the rubbish out the night before but we only read the notice on the morning of departure and by then the bins were collected so we are sorry about that. we wouldn't have objected to a text reminder the day before because we didn't think to look on the fridge.

The house was lovely and the location was great
The check in time after 6pm and check out time by 9.30am meant we lost a day of our holiday. For this reason alone I wouldn’t stay at the property again
