Nagyon szép kilátás, egyszerű és letisztult szoba design, tágas fürdő. Szuper jó helyen van, közel a Scala dei Turchi. A tulaj kedves volt és a minibár hűtőben egy nagy hűtött vizet is kaptunk bekészítve. Jó ár-érték arányban van.

Nagyon meleg volt mikor megérkeztünk, akkor lett csak bekapcsolva a klíma. A házon nincs semmilyen külső árnyékolás. A légkondi viszonylag hangos és pont az ággyal szembe van, aludni nem lehet mellette. Kevés dugalj volt a szobában. A fürdő bár nagy volt, jól felszerelt és szép tiszta, nem igazán lehetett hova pakolni, egy nagyobb neszeszer már csak az ott lévő székre fért el. A kapuhoz nem volt távirányító, kulccsal kellett bemenni a kiskapun és egy gombbal nyitni. Az udvar elsőre tágasnak tűnt, de egy nagyobb autóval nem egyszerű megfordulni. A nagyon meredek felvezető rámpán felállni vagy letolatni egy alacsonyabb építésű autóval nagyon nehézkes. Közel van a főúthoz aminek a zaja felhallatszik nyitott ablaknál. Mindenhova kocsival kell menni, nincs járda a fóút mentén.
