We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Panorama as a group of four adults and one child, staying in two rooms. The hotel is very well kept and our rooms were incredibly spacious, with large balconies and amazing views. The beds were also very comfortable.
Breakfast is freshly cooked rather than a buffet, which we really enjoyed. We also made lots of use of the pool during our stay – it was lovely and very quiet whenever we were there. The setting is beautiful too, surrounded by forest, which makes the whole hotel feel very peaceful.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, but we particularly appreciated the waiter who served us at breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, especially our rather picky young eater! Nothing seemed like too much trouble.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Panorama and felt very well looked after. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kruševo.
The only small negative for us was the coffee at breakfast, which was from a machine and wasn't particularly good – but this was a very minor point in an otherwise excellent stay.

The hotel is definitely not 4 stars, and needs renovation it was not in good shape or as presented
