(1) During our stay in Room 1, I noticed a serious safety concern in the bathroom. The shower door was either missing or intentionally secured with screws to prevent it from moving, as to why? I don't know only the management knows. Consequently, every time the shower was used, a significant amount of water escaped onto the floor Infront of the shower. The longer you shower the more water there will be in front of the shower. The problem worsened the longer the shower was in use, with water continuously accumulating on the floor in front of the shower area and slowly accumulating the toilet, wash hand basin space and eventually flows until in front of the door. This created a wet and slippery surface that remained hazardous even after showering. In my view, this poses a high risk of slipping and falling. A slip-and-fall accident could easily result in serious injuries, such as cuts, bruises, head injuries, or even broken arms or legs. (2) Another issue I experienced during my stay was related to access through the main gate. Guests are not provided with keys or a remote control to open the gate and must therefore rely on the receptionist to grant access remotely. Normally, one simply waits at the gate, and the receptionist opens it using a remote control. However, on Sunday, shortly before my checkout time, I encountered an unpleasant situation. I wanted to step outside the gate briefly to check whether my partner had arrived or was still in town, as her phone was switched off and I could not contact her. Before handing over the room keys, I went to the gate and waited for approximately two minutes for it to be opened. Despite the usual procedure, the receptionist refused to open the gate and insisted that I first return the room keys. This was unreasonable, as I merely wanted to check outside the property and had not yet completed my departure. As a result, I had to walk back to reception to request assistance in person. I found this interaction disappointing
