Thomas was an exelent host and was very helpful.The house and location are excelent and if you enjoy peace and quiet this is the place for you.We forgot two items of clothing and Thomas posted them back to us.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und in allen Bereichen vorbildlich in Sachen Sauberkeit, EInrichtung, Komfort.
Die Küche war mit vielen und neuwertigen Artikeln ausgestattet, z.B. Töpfe in verschiedenen Größen, Zubehör für Grill und Backofen etc. Herausragende Ausstattung der Küche mit Elektrogeräten (Backofen, zweiter Einbaugrill, Mikrowelle von Neff, Wasserkocher aus Edelstahl und Glas. An viele Details war gedacht, z.B. zwei verschiedene French-Press für Kaffee, Ersatzhandtücher in allen Bädern... die Liste ließe sich noch fortsetzen.
Das Wohnzimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet mit Blick in den großen, zum Haus gehörigen und gepflegten Garten. Wir nutzten mit drei Personen alle drei Schlafzimmer, die ebenfalls groß und stilvoll eigreichtet waren.
Der sympathische Eigentümer machte persönlich die Übergabe des Schlüssels, erklärte alles im Haus und gab uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. MIt ihm hatten wir telefonisch vor der Ankunft alles Wichtige geklärt.
Sehr ruhige und landschaftlich schöne Lage an einer kleinen Nebenstraße, aber verkehrsgünstig mit dem Auto gelegen und nah zur nächsten Stadt Kilrush. Ideal gelegen für alle Ausflüge im westlichen Teil des County Clares.
Lediglich die von einer zwischengeschalteten Agentur im Vorlauf versendeten Benachrichtigungen waren verwirrend, weil die immer gleichen Texte versendet wurden.

Beautiful cottage with ample space for a family of 7. The house and gardens were immaculately kept and our host Thomas was welcoming and so helpful. The house was excellently equipped for families with children. There is a play room, high chair and stair gates. Although out in the countryside it's ideally located to explore Cliffs of Moher and the Burren. Would highly recommend.
