• Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, dishwasher, smooth-top stove and oven, and a refrigerator with an ice maker—perfect for preparing meals and snacks during your stay.
• Deck: Small covered deck overlooking the lake and one of the three outdoor pools at Parkview Bay. The deck is furnished with a table and seating, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening cocktails while enjoying the peaceful lake views.
• Access: The unit is just one flight up from the parking lot and requires only a few steps to reach the pool and lake, ensuring easy access for guests.
Important Notes
• Per the new Osage Beach fire code, open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer permitted on condo decks. The owners are exploring alternative options, but currently, there is no grill available on the deck.

The property manager, Donna, was very helpful! She was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and helped us with a boat slip rental. The property itself was good. It was fairly clean, we did find hair in the shower and the pillows smelled. The mattresses are terrible and very difficult to sleep on. We did buy a mattress topper as was suggested by a previous VRBO review. I would recommend bringing a topper and your own pillows.
