Very kind and helpful staff at reception. The hotel is offering free water and coffees all the time at reception and at each floor. The room was very clean and the design was great. Everyone loved the swings at the entrance. We also loved using the gym. At 3 walk minutes from the hotel there were trams (I.e. 8 and 93) that took us to Louiza where we could take the tube and go easily to the Atomium and to the main tourist attractions in the town centre. They have very functional and big lockers where you can leave luggage if you arrive at the hotel before check in and after check out and the check out is at 12.00 as you could go out in the morning and use your room before leaving.

The size of the room and bathroom, the big, comfortable bed. The ability to open windows. The quiet garden at the back of the hotel. The availability of water, tea and coffee on each floor.
Breakfast was disappointing. Very much changed from our previous visits. Cooked breakfast was limited. I object to having to clear our table too.

The room was pretty and clean. Also the location of hotel was great. Breakfast was really good.
Unfortunately we experienced really unpleasant situation. We left our room in the morning and after all day outside we came back to open room - doors were open, lights on… The cleaning lady forgot to lock the door after cleaning and left it open all afternoon or day, we don’t know. We were lucky, since our stuff was there. The solution of this situation was absolutely inadequate - they just offer us free drinks and even if they promised to keep in touch, they never really did.
Also what’s funny to me - I have to pay 150 euros deposit, it’s three days after our check-out and I still didn’t receive this money back even if only problem was on their side, not ours. After this experience I think they should be more concerned about their services and workers.
