Weird having a shower in bedroom two
Lounge room carpet was very sticky / dirty
Property aircon option (much needed as it was very hot) was extremely noisy and prevented good sleep

The location can’t be beat, it is central to everything. The apartment is modern, well stocked, and has comfy beds & duvets. Would 100% stay here again!
We loved it! Shower in second bedroom was a little odd, but main bathroom was huge!

Fantastic location. Three separate bedrooms. Comfortable and clean. Lovely kitchen. Really an awesome place.
The apartment had the smell of cigarettes in it. It’s a beautiful apartment but the couches and the carpet in the living room were old, stained and uncomfortable. For not that much money, they could be upgraded and make the apartment really nice. The air-conditioning unit in the small bedroom upfront did not work. It acted as a fan but it never chilled the room. The other two units worked great. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything else about the apartment was great.

The property location was excellent – truly couldn’t ask for a more CENTRAL or fun spot. Liked having two bedrooms and two bathrooms and that’s pretty much what worked well. The manager Paul was very responsive to our concerns about the state of the apartment upon our arrival.
I am giving a fair and accurate account of this space. It is large and really comfortable for two couples, EXCEPT….,
As we walked up the three flights of stairs to our apartment, you can see the common area stairs were not vacuumed or swept. They were quite dusty. When we walked in the door, you immediately see the second bathroom – toilet seat up, and the bowl is filthy.
In the kitchen, there were dirty glasses on the shelf. The sponge was gross so you couldn’t even use it to clean the dirty glasses. There were no paper towels. There were no amenities of any kind frankly. With the exception of a drop of soap in a bottle in the primary bathroom. There was trash in the bathroom garbage. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The bedroom curtain was hanging off the rails. The curtains in the living room were also hanging off the rails, the shower fixtures were broken. There was mold around the windowsill in the primary bathroom.
One towel per person, no extras. The vanity around the sink in the second bedroom was chipped and needed replacement.
The furnishings are pretty cheap IKEA design not at all sophisticated or elegant. And frankly, as someone who host an Airbnb in a major metropolitan city, this is completely unacceptable and what you are paying for is the location that’s it
The second bathroom is made up of a sink and a shower IN the bedroom with a toilet just outside the bedroom door. If you’re sharing that room and want to take a shower in the morning, your partner doesn’t get to sleep in.
As stated at the beginning, Paul was responsive and came over the next day to clean, but that meant we had to give up our precious time in Paris to hang out while he did it. Cause there’s no safe there’s no luggage racks there’s no place to really settle in. It was a huge disappointment and I am confounded to understand how this gets a nine point rating on booking. False advertising 100%.
