Soggiorno sanitario, per una delicata situazione cardiochirurgica, nel reparto del nosocomio cittadino. L'appartamento si trova di fronte al lotto 5 dell'ospedale San Bortolo, all'interno di un complesso residenziale-turistico, proprietà di una famiglia di medici da quanto ho compreso, vicini umanamente alle vicenda che colpiscono il mondo della medicina. L'accoglienza è stata esaustiva, la receptionist (che gestisce anche la struttura ricettiva al piano inferiore), è stata molto disponibile nel cercare di aiutare me e la mia famiglia in questo particolare momento. La struttura è convenzionata con l'ospedale e offre prezzi calmierati a seconda del reparto di aderenza. Andando da loro si può accedere all'ospedale anche in orario notturno quando le guardiole sono serrate. Ho notato la Vigilanza Civis di ronda durante la notte per garantire maggior sicurezza agli ospiti, che magari pernottano da soli. Bene così!
Aver saputo prima della convenzione con la struttura mi avrebbe fatto risparmiare qualche soldino ed avrei avuto gratuito il parcheggio, pecca della zona trovandosi nel centro storico della città ed a tariffazione oraria, poco distante dalle maggiori attrazioni di Vicenza.

Perfect amount of space for traveling families.
The advertised free parking is not on site with the apartment, but across the street. It is also a small space that is not as suitable for large family cars. We parked in the public lot at the end of the street.

The room was clean and had decent amenities.
Instead of a room with the kitchen that we paid for we got a room without one. We were not informed of the change in advance and counted on a kitchen. When we arrived the staff presented the change as an “upgrade” and never actually admitted their mistake.
