Great stay!
The house was fun and quite roomy. Stocked kitchen - we prepared a feast a had everything we needed. Comfy beds too. Hosts were responsive and helpful when we needed one simple item addressed. The outdoor space was so fun too.
We walked to several meals, great neighborhood!
If I have a big group next time I come back to Austin, this is the place I'll try to book first!

Thad was an excellent host. He was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and extremely accommodating. He checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay and stocked the house with all essentials.
This house was perfect for my bachelor party and I’d highly recommend it to others needed it for similar situations.

My nephew got married at Matties which was right down the road from the vrbo. We could have walked but did not because my daughter had high heels on. Ha. There were 5 of us, me and my husband and 3 adult children. The kids all had their own room which was very nice. Much better than staying at a hotel. Its also about 15 minutes from downtown even during high traffic times. Several get togethers for the weekend were downtown and it worked out great where we were.

The house was amazing and perfectly set up. Didn’t realize 2 of the 3 bunk beds are queens so can probably fit more than 15 people if need be.
House was fully stocked with towels, soap/ shampoo, and sunscreen. There were also big portable coolers we were able to use and fresh bags of ice in the fridges (there were 2!).
Overall - we very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to other large groups.

Great place for our group of 11 guys. Pool was fantastic, plenty of beds, location was easy Uber wherever you wanted to go.

Austin Villa
Overall great place to stay right off of Oltorf which is in the middle of everything really. However, we never left the place because the AC inactions were absolutely perfect. The pool was the right size, kitchen and living area were just what we needed to serve our guests of 6 people. We had beds left over to say the least it has an amazing game room and patio, and somehow the pool is the perfect size pool. They had kitchen utensils, a nice stove and fridge, everything was simple and clean. They even had games and an ice chest to use in the patio.

Perfect group get away!
This property is absolutely PERFECT! I held my sister’s bachlorette at this house and it was a dream! Thad was super responsive and helpful with suggestions! He even let us check in early to set up decorations! The house was in amazing condition! Elegant master bath, amazing appliances and had 2 fridges which was perfect since we had a large group! The pool area was lovely and a fun entertainment space! I talked to the house cleaner on my way in and she said a family had stayed the week before it’s a super versatile house and it was cleaned spotless which you don’t always find! Would highly recommend you stay at this property!
