Nestled in Ho Chi Minh City, this charming house for $169 per night is a great choice for your next break. We renting out a four stories cool, one of a kind retro style house located in the central of Saigon city, a couple of minutes from downtown. The whole place is equipped with air conditioning system, internet wifi and fire alarm. It’s a great place for family/friend reunions, team work events, groups of friends. There are many shopping malls and point of interests nearby; many bars, coffee shops and good restaurants especially Japanese restaurants in a walking distance. Detailed property description The ground floor has a Sushi bar and living area, a restroom and a mini natural/organic swimming pool for kids and a few adults. First floor is a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs, it comes with ovens, microwave oven, modern electric stoves, full size dishwasher with plenty of dish soaps, coffeemaker, bread toaster, many pots , pans, bowls , plates, spoon, forks, chopsticks and all the basic utensils. A full bathroom, a balcony looks out over the pool, and another shared living area with an internet enabled smart tv and Bluetooth speaker where you can can get entertainments from YouTube, Netflix... Second floor A master bedroom with walk-in closet, a desk, sofa bed, queen bed, a fridge and a internet smart tv; it’s own bathroom has a spa bathtub equipped with a steam bath system; hair dryer, iron, electric kettle, shampoo, soap, towels, tissues are included, window and balcony with city views; there is also a small connecting bedroom with full size comfy bed with it’s own large window. Third floor Two bedrooms, one with comfy queen bed, sofa bed, city view window, balcony and other with full sized comfy bed window and balcony; they both have fridges, internet smart TVs, small desks, irons, electric kettles, hair dryer, mirrors and closets, a shared shower room with shampoo, soaps, tissues and towels; there is still another small room with full size comfy bed for relaxing/ reading or playing games. Rooftop floor Comes with outdoor dining tables, sun shades, relaxing chair, water fountain, garden, outdoor grill; it’s a great space for viewing the city, relaxing, outdoor cooking and partying; washer and dryer are also on this floor.

Could not see it. Host did not respond to six messages or calls. By me and VRBO. What was worse was VRBO was called over a dozen times for assistance. Due to being 3x disconnected, VRBO promised to call back each time, They never did. Had to find a hotel by my own Avoid VRBO at all costs! They are worse than the host that did not show.
