Location is great. Close to many places of interest , great restaurants, shops.
AC Didn’t work in the bedroom and no internet didn’t work either. Hotel reps weren’t too helpful regarding this.

Central location, super charming, nice bed and bedding, stayed cool.
Very noisy plaza, don’t book if you plan to go to bed before midnight. Bathroom was incredibly tiny.

Very centrally located, easy to walk to all the major attractions
On arrival, we were told that the wifi wasn't working, but that someone was fixing it the next day. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I contacted the host twice explaining this, and she replied she didn't know anything about it (i had presumed the man greeting us was her partner) and she didn't bother trying to resolve the issue. As Florence is so built up, the data reception is sketchy at best, so we were basically uncontactable for 4 days unless we sat in the piazza down the road.
As for the apartment itself, its nice enough, but we were left with one knife only, which made mealtimes interesting.
Also, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the mildew in the shower was terrible. A pity, as it could have been a really great stay if the host took more care of her property
