The location was exceptional. I really liked the information manual/ file that gave clear instructions and some excellent recommendations re food& activities. Communication was excellent, clear instructions ( short video) how to access property. Really appreciated after a 15 hour flight. The air conditioning was effective, providing instant relief. The property manager had turned in on before our arrival. We were able to access early, greatly appreciated; again after long flight.

Se encuentra muy céntrico, a nada caminando de todos los puntos de interés turístico de la ciudad.
Cocina amplia con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar.
El personal nos facilitó poder dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in y también las puedes dejar en el alojamiento el día que te vas si lo necesitas.
El aire acondicionado fué algo super necesario ya que los días que fuimos hizi muchisimo calor así que fue jn punto muy favorable.
La cocina estaba sucia, toda la zona de los fogones y de la fregadera, como si no la hubiesen limpiado entre huéspedes.
El baño no tiene a penas luz ya que hay una luz de encima del espejo que no funcionaba y la ducha tampoco estaba muy limpia. A parte, la ducha tiene una alcachofa que se mueve y otra fija arriba, la de arriba no sale a penas agua porque están taponados la mayoria de los agujeros.
Para subir al apartamento hay muchas escaleras (como si fuese un cuarto piso), por lo que para una persona mayor no esta nada recomendado.
El sofá cama no es nada cómodo.
Las fotos no se ajustan mucho al tamaño real del piso, da la sensacion de más amplitud en las fotografías.

Sei praticamente in Piazza della Signoria.
È tutto visitabile a piedi.
Essendo così vicina, puoi permetterti anche un paio di ore a casa nelle ore più calde, prima di riprendere le gite.
La casa è ben tenuta, pulita, dorata di comfort.
Al tuo arrivo c'è un vero e proprio libro sul tavolo che ti spiega tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno.

The location is great! Can’t beat it!
Overall, the negative reviews would be correct in terms of the upstairs neighbors being in the louder end and there being a lot of steps going up. These both didn’t ruin the experience for me. Unfortunately, while we were there there seemed to be some sewage issues going on with the shower drain. The property manager did offer to come check out the situation but we had thought we remedied the situation ourselves due to it being late and us needed to shower after being in the heat wave all day. Unfortunately the smell did come back. Did alert the periphery manager and they are looking into it.
