This is the perfect refuge after a long day walking the West Highland Way - a short bus journey from the Glencoe ski cafe and on the shore of the loch. It is beautifully presented with everything you need where you need it! The piece de resistance is a standing bath in the bedroom - perfect for soothing aching joints. I had the best night's sleep I have had since starting the walk in Milngavie. Owner is helpful and on hand to help with anything

The Bagpiper’s Hideaway is a wonderful little place! It’s beautifully designed and appointed , and had everything we needed. Tony welcomed us warmly and provided recommendations for local restaurants. Lovely to be able to walk. The hideaway was a perfect location from which to base ourselves for a few days.

The apartment was well stocked, tastefully decorated. It was warm as the weather turned cold.
Great selection of teas, coffee and treats. Good quality products also.
On appearance, it was very pretty.
The loungers' chairs were not very comfortable. They looked really nice. A recliner would have been great. The bed was pretty hard and no real topper. The linen was ok. But overall, not 5 star as described it to be, unfortunately. It was also missing tin foil, cling wrap, and kitchen roll. Coming in with wet coats shoes etc we were a little afraid we would make a mess. The window blinds made the room dark and tricky to ventilate the rooms as many did not open. A list of restaurants in the area would be grea
