Ein kleines schönes Häuschen mit mehreren Wohnungen über zwei Etagen. Das gesamte Areal ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es sind Waschmaschinen vorhanden. Der Garten mit einem Klettergerüst ist vor allem für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil - bei kleineren Kindern (1-2 Jahre) muss man da einen Blick drauf haben. Oben ist jedoch ein Gitter zum Schließen vorhanden 👍🏻 Die Dusche ist quasi direkt in der Toilette, was ich persönlich nicht so gut fand. Aber insgesamt kann man die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen, wir kommen wieder :)

It was a super clean house. Enough space, modern look

Great house, clean, well-maintained with nice décor inside. Kitchen was well-equipped and the living/dining area was spacious and properly laid out. The beds were comfortable and warm. The house itself was also well-insulated and quiet, we heard no noise or sounds from other guests. As we were there during a sometimes wet and cold week, we were grateful for the warmth and comfort the house offered. One of the best things for us as a family with young children were the swings and slide outside in the big open field at the back of the property, which we could monitor from the terrace of the house. It made it very relaxing for us that they could go outside and play safely within our view. I also appreciated the washing machines and dryers available for guest use.

I have no complaints about the property as such but I didn't like the fact that the house is advertised on Booking.com but is in fact a Belvilla property, which meant I received a bunch of information about booking conditions and 'voorwaarden' and payment deadlines from Belvilla after I booked it, much of confusing and not in alignment with the information I had received from Booking.com with regard to the payment. Then to my surprise we arrived and found out that the property is owned/managed by a local accommodation rental company called Van der Linden vakanties. So in total there were 3 companies involved, all with their own rental conditions, payment details and requests. I personally do not like this - when I book accommodation I want to deal with 1 party only, not 3. It also raises the question of who you are contractually obliged to in the event that you would owe them money/they owe you money in the event of a cancellation or a dispute, not to mention how you as a consumer would enforce it. This for me is a big minus point therefore, and would cause me to hesitate before booking a property with a similar rental construction in future, but it bears no reflection on the quality of the property itself. It's a pricey property to rent so you want to know that you aren't going to get caught up in a web of contractual conditions if there's an issue.
