Rich in history and packed with wall to wall entertainment; this neighborhood carries a premium price tag for its aspiring residents; and it can be yours to stay in for just a fraction! This condo began life two decades ago as a single unit, but the owner purchased the property next door and gutted the entire second level to create the masterpiece before you! 1,500 square feet of absolute luxury and the best of everything! The Space: This condo is completely redone: granite, Carrara marble, and high-end fixtures are placed thoughtfully and flawlessly throughout the entire space. A quick walk through will reveal that not a single detail was overlooked, from the wainscoting precisely executed in every room, to the beautiful and exquisite appliances, era correct hardwood floors, incredible built-ins, and intuitive touches throughout. Not to mention the master bathroom that just recently underwent a renovation totaling more than $30k!!! The living room has multiple seating areas and a Smart TCL Roku TV 55" TV equipped. There are also 4 additional TVs; All 3 bedrooms have TV's. There are 5 TV's in this place! Mirrors are everywhere throughout the home and there are THREE showers (2 toilets, so 2.5 bath) so there won't be fighting for space to get ready for a night out. There is also a desk to work at or do your makeup. Don't hesitate, this is an extremely unique property to be available for short term rentals in Louisville. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 Bath plus and extra shower in in the master suite was built for a king and queen! There is an additional guest room which is absolutely stunning as well), 2 of the 3 bedrooms each of which has an outdoor balcony space. This place is +A CLASS, CLASS, C L A S S. Perfect for couples wanting a weekend getaway, solo travelers, or large groups, you absolutely will not regret a stay here. +1,500 Square feet and 2.5 baths absolutely assure space and privacy for all guests in parties of any size, while staying under one roof in Louisville’s most desirable and safe neighborhood. - No Smoking in the Condo. There are 2 covered balconies off the rear bedrooms. One of the balconies has a table, 2 chairs and an ashtray. Checking out: Please start the wash with the towels and strip the beds and place in the hallway next to the washer and dryer. Parties and Events: this place is not set up for parties or events. Please do not plan a block party with lots of people. Your reservation will be cancelled. You can park 4 cars at this property easily. If you plan on having 10 or more people at this house for a party DO NOT book this home. DO NOT Park in the GRASS or the neighbors driveways. DO NOT PARK IN THE REAR OF THE CONDO'S, THEY WILL TOW YOU!

The property was as advertised. The home was clean and modern with a touch of vintage. Our communication with Daniel was great. He reached out to us before our check-in to make sure we were ready. During our stay the heater had a problem. I texted Daniel and he responded right away. He came by within half an hour and brought heaters for us and he had an HVAC guy come within the hour. I understand these things can happen but his response to the situation was excellent. Great customer service and a very good stay for our family. I would recommend his property.

What a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, coffee shop and bakery. We enjoyed our stay and all the attention to detail. There were toys, high chair and portable crib keeping the young children happy. The adults were happy with the comfortable bed with buttery soft linens and multiple pillows. The double shower with 8 shower heads was wow.

David was very easy to communicate w/ throughout the process. Apt was clean and had plenty of space for our group. Really liked the surrounding neighborhood...can see why it's a desired one in the area. Would rent again.

This 3-bedroom unit was a perfect fit for our 3-girl trip. It was nicely appointed and was just as shown on the VRBO site. The owner did a great job of communicating with us. It was well situated to shopping with easy access to downtown Louisville. We’d stay here again if needed.

Very nice and clean property within 10 minutes of downtown Louisville and bourbon row. Host was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Comfortable beds and lots of space with 2 bathrooms. Great, safe neighborhood.

We came to Louisville with a 4 month old, 2 year old, and 4 adults. This place worked perfectly! We had our 2 year old in a room to himself which helped tremendously with bedtime! There were lots of toys and things for little kids to play with including board games, books, and other things to keep kids and adults entertained! The apartment was clean, very quiet which was nice when there was so many of us, and had all the amenities you would need. The location was perfect! Walking distance to a library, about a mile from the wedding venue we were attending, and about 15 minutes from all of the great attractions downtown. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Louisville.

Yo this place was AWESOME! Right in the heart of a little community that feels so separate from Big City Louisville! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was furnished, but the atmosphere around the place was to be experienced! Fine dining, shopping and night life at your fingertips!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very convenient to everything and had most anything that we could need, including a leash for my dog (which was great because we accidentally forgot ours!). The only point that I would make is that we were charged a little extra for using all 3 bedrooms despite the listing indicating it was for up to 8 guests (we had 6). The manager explained that more guests equals more clean up so there's an extra charge. To be fair, it does say in the listing that you "could" be charged extra, I just didn't realize we *would* be charged extra until I saw the charge. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

The space is bigger than we thought it would be with three comfortable bedrooms. The shower off the master is fabulous! We were traveling with two cats, and the host was very accommodating. Fantastic location with great access to everything we needed in the east end. Highly recommend this property.

5 long time friends met up in Louisville for a fabulous 4 days of fun. This house is well laid out and in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to many great restaurants. I highly recommend Silvos and Lou Lou. The property is an easy drive to all the fun the area has to offer. I especially appreciated all the towels! Would stay again if in the area.

This home is the Sweet Spot Indeed. I can't say enough good things about the condo. It was super clean and exceeded our expectations. Host was extremely responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. It was close to the action in Louisville and the proximity to local restaurants in St. Mathews was great when we didn't want to venture to the city.

We loved our stay at The Sweet Spot. The property was clean, quiet, everything was great. Comfortable beds, easy to operate technology (tv, Wi-Fi, hvac etc), and easy access just up a flight of stairs. Lots of little touches that made our stay so nice. Daniel was a great host! Very prompt answers to questions and helpful suggestions when needed. Parking directly across the street was totally fine. Great restaurants in the neighborhood, easy access to interstate, short hop into Louisville and convenient to area distilleries. A great weekend that we’d be glad to repeat!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I have to say our stay was wonderful. Everything was as listed, very clean, and quiet during our stay. The location was not very far from downtown Louisville which was a huge plus. Daniel, the property owner, was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

This place is fantastic. It’s in a good area with food and shopping close and only 15 mins from whiskey row. We stayed here as we hit the KBT and will definitely use this property again. Great communication with the agent and he was quick to set right the couple of hiccups we encountered. Highly recommend this place.

The property was very clean, updated with quality finishings, ample TV's. Plenty of food, coffee, pubs, and Saints pub was super cool. For sports, beers, drinks, and food. We ate there twice. I cannot suggest their pizza enough, outstanding.
Our purpose was for bourbon tours and tasting so a car was needed but very easy to get around and to freeways etc.

Great location! Nice neighborhood, everything is walkable. So many restaurants to choose from. Fantastic Live music and bars. A quick Uber ride to downtown Louisville. The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed. Large screen tv’s in every room. Daniel was a great host. Very quick to respond and gave wonderful dinner suggestions. Definitely a place we will visit again!

Just what we had hoped for!
Cute, quiet neighborhood with everything we needed nearby. Daniel was a perfect host. He quickly responded to all the questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more. We were only there two days but you could easily have stayed much longer and have everything needed. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels, several televisions, space enough to relax. . Good place overall!

I stayed at Daniel’s lovely condo with my husband, parents and baby. There was plenty of space for all of us. The decor was tasteful and everything was tidy and clean. I would definitely stay there again.
