Good quality Australian motel in a region and country town well deserving of a visit.
While understood in terms of economics, a key positive memory of roadside motels was the delivery of breakfast and this was not available.

Location was central and the bed was comfortable. I particularly liked that there was a quilt on the bed between sheets rather than a bedspread which I consider are always dirty.
Needs bedside lighting so you don't have to get up to turn on and off the light at night.

The room was spacious and clean. All essentials were provided.
Parking outside the room was convenient.
Check in was straight forward.
The property is a classic 70's highway motel - it would be great if the proprietor could enhance that vibe by some sympathetic styling improvements and landscaping.
The decor was eclectic - but not in a good way. Too many opshop prints and tired furniture.
The highway traffic was noticeable.
