Super hus og værtinde
Dejligt stort hus til os (6 voksne og 2 børn), moderne indrettet og alt fungerede. Dejligt stort opholdsområde ved pool med overdækket terrasse og køleskab.
Vi fik rigtig fin og personlig service af vores værtinde Vesna, bla velkomst med let mad og drikke.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in Pula
Unsere Gastgeberinnen empfing uns mit einer fantastischen Wurst- und Käseplatte, Brot, Obst und Getränken. Sie ist sehr herzlich und der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr entspannt. Die Wohnungen sind perfekt eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Der Pavillon zum Abends sitzen ist klasse, die Kinder liebten den Pool und den kleinen Spielplatz. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände direkt in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Rund um perfekt!
Ein absolutes Urlaubsparadies! Geeignet für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden. Die Eigentümer sind unglaublich nett und empfangen einen bereits mit einer kulinarischen Überraschung. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnungen ist prima und sehr gemütlich! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Zeer verzorgde en mooi ingerichte appartementen in een tweewoonst met ruime parkeermogelijkheden. Voorzien van alle comfort en mooie terrassen. Beneden mooi privaat zwembad met zeer gezellig prieel met loungeset en buiten frigo . Maar bovenal een zeer warme ontvangst en begeleiding van gastvrouw Vesna. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Traumhaft
Allein der Empfang mit Getränken und einer Käse-Schinken -Platte war so herzlich.
Wir sind mit meinen Eltern vereist. Jeder hatte seine eigene Wohnung. Beide top eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde 3 mal in der Woche gereinigt. Das Grundstück war super gepflegt und unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt. Durch die Mauer war es auch sicher, dass er nicht abhaut ( wir haben eine Deutsch- Kurzhaarschnitt- mir Jagttrieb- aber alles super)
Zum Stand und Stadt sind es 2-4 km- je nachdem - aber das ist ok- man kann gerne die Räder mitnehmen….
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenso 1-2 km- und man hat alles da. Um die Ecke ist auch ein Laden und Fleischer-
Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Ganz ganz toll

Perfekte Unterkunft
Es ist alles genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge oder zu Stränden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnungen sind top. Der. Pool und Gartenbereich ebenfalls. Wir können die Villa Danica nur empfehlen! Der Empfang ist sehr lecker.

sehr schöne Tage in Pula
Wie so viele zuvor bereits beschrieben haben, wurden auch wir sehr herzlich von Vesna und Sasha mit Käse, Schinken, Melonen und anderen Leckereien, sowie Getrönken empfangen.
Die Wohnungen sind wie beschrieben und wenn mal etwas fehlt oder kaputt geht, stehen die beiden immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können diese Wohnungen nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Sommerurlaub in der Corona-Zeit.
Mit so einem sehr guten Empfang haben wir nicht gerechnet. Mit einer großen Platte mit Wurst, Käse, Wassermelone und Süßigkeiten hat Vesna uns bei unserer Ankunft überrascht. Die gut ausgestatteten Appartments, Garten sowie Pool waren größer, als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Diese waren sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, sogar Desinfektionsmittel und Erste-Hilfe Kasten waren vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Vesna wenden.
Vesna ist eine sehr positive Person. Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit bewerten wir mit 5+. Sie ist sehr offen, ehrlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und schöne warme Abende draußen im Pavillon verbracht.
Die Villa Danica ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Einfach nur Klasse !! Vesna und Sascha lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab.
Nach einer nicht ganz stressfreien Anreise wurden wir von Vesna und Sascha mit einem leckeren kalten Büffet empfangen. Die Anlage und die beiden Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet! Es fehlte an nichts.
Wir hatten sogar eine Waschmaschine.
Der Pool wurde zwei mal pro Woche gereinigt.
Die Bilder die im Internet zu sehen sind stimmen zu 100% mit den Wohnungen überein.
Nochmals einen herzlichen Dank an Vesna und Sacha.

Ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub
Wir haben 1 1/2 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Man wird sofort bei Ankunft herzlich begrüßt und aufgenommen. Vesna hat gleich Getränke und heimische Spezialitäten bereitgestellt.
Im Haus und im Außengelände war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bei jeden kleinen Problem war die ganze Familie da und hat es gelöst.
Grundlegende Sachen wie Backpapier, Salz und Pfeffer sollte man sich mitnehmen aber ansonsten war alles da oder man war schnell im Einkaufsmarkt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke liebe Vesna und Familie!

Tolles Haus in Pula
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Pula. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von den Stränden, der Innenstadt oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt.
Die Besitzerin ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns mit einer tollen kalten Platte aus Wurst/Käse und Früchten empfangen. Sehr nett!!!

Wundervolles Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Vesna ist ein Superhost, die sich um alles gekümmert hat. Kleine Pannen wurden schnell behoben und immer geholfen. Ausserdem gab es von ihr eine leckere Begrüßung. Top. Sehr gern wieder.

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub in Pula
Anhand der Fotos in der Anzeige hatten wir eine gewisse Erwartungshaltung an das gemietete Objekt - und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Villa Danica war sehr gut zu finden und wir wurden durch Vesna in Empfang genommen. Beide Wohneinheiten entsprachen unseren Vorstellungen und auch der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Chillarea ist wohl nur schwer zu toppen.
Es erwartete uns ein quasi voller Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Brot, Obst, Käse und einer nur schwer zu beschreibenden riesigen Platte mit Wurst und Schinken.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und Vesna war immer ansprechbar.
Den 14-tägigen Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können die Villa Danica und vor allem auch Vesna und ihr Team auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Ein 2. Urlaub in Pula ist auf jeden Fall eine Option.

Wunderbar, eine großartige Unterkunft
Wir hatten hier 2 wunderschöne Wochen in einem großen Haus mit tollem Anwesen. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Toller Außenbereich mit einem schönen Pool und super Tarassen. Innenausstattung prima - es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Danke noch mal!

Wonderful Vacation
We so enjoyed our vacation in Croatia. Vesna is a wonderful host, the property is exactly as shown in the pictures....very well cared for, clean and neat and so spacy. We were 2 adults and three kids plus 2 big dogs and we did not miss anything. There is plenty to do and see around Pula. We will definitely come back!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Pula. Die Villa ist sehr schön, sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir wurden herzlich von der sympathischen Besitzerin empfangen, die sich sehr um unser Wohl bemühte. Hier blieben keine Wünsche mehr offen. Obwohl uns in der Woche ein Sturm heimsuchte, haben wir hier eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, und Vesna und Sasha sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. In der Nähe sind viele Geschäfte.
Einziges Manko: der Strand ist nicht wie oben beschrieben 1km von dem Haus entfernt.
Der Fußweg dauert etwa 25-30 min.
Mit dem Auto aber gut zu erreichen.

Top Villa mit herzlicher Vermieterin!
Wir waren mit 2 Familien - 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder vor Ort. Der Empfang durch Vesna uns Sascha war sehr toll, sie haben uns umfangreich bewirtet und alles zum Haus und der Umgebung erklärt. Das Haus hat 2 Wohnungen mit guter Ausstattung, einen tollen Außenbereich mit Kühlschrank( Bier und Wein immer frisch!) neben dem Pool, dieser wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Das Haus hat Ruhe, trotz anliegendem Verkehr und eignet sich sehr für Familien. Vesna: Danke nochmal für die Geburtstagstorte! ;-) und die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

What a wonderful place to stay in Pula.The host and accommodations were fantastic. We arrived after a long trip from California to be greeted by our hosts Vesna and Sasha. They met us with a large platter of fresh fruit and cakes, what a nice touch. The entire Villa was top of the line, with all the amenities you need. A great location for touring the Istrian Peninsula.

We stayed here for 1 week in September 2016 with 2 children, 2 adults and 3 grand parents. We where welcommed with wine, cake and fruits and 2 clean appartments. The host was superb and borrowed us some toys for the children. The host also prepared a greate Istrian fish meal for us and gave us some Lavender as a presant at the end of our stay. The pool was superb. Short distance to small grocery store and 2-3 min to a supermercado. You need a car, but all beaches and Pula center is only 5-8min away. We will definetly stay here again.

Amazing home from home, just beautiful.
8 of us females could not believe our luck when we landed at Villa Danica. The pictures don't really do it justice, it's so well finished and comfortable with big rooms, balconies all round and a lovely pool area.
There are 2 x 2 br apartments on top of each other, with a shared laundry room. Both apartments have full kitchens, 1 is decorated in a contemporary modern style, the other is traditionally Istrian with lovely character furniture. It's all well kitted out, clean as a whistle & so comfortable.
We even made use of the Table Tennis & Volleyball in the outer garden.
There are a couple of little supermarkets within walking distance or larger ones 5 mns in a car (or taxi very reasonable & helpful). There's a really nice restaurant about 10 mns walk. Pula is a nice little town with a lot of history and site seeing spots, good restaurants & coffee bars.
Our host Vesna & family were helpful & friendly, she was lovely and welcomed us with a lunch of local meats, cheese, bread, fruits & wine.. We were in holiday heaven from day 1.

We had hire cars and visited Rovinj, Plitviče Lakes, Medulin and many other places. The villa is very well situated just outside Pula, around the corner from a small market and 5 minutes drive from several supermarkets.
The place was very clean and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there which was brilliant. The outside areas are great for large dinners and the outside fridge next to the BBQ keeps your meats and beers chilled during the day!
I would fully recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay near Pula and this part of Croatia. This was our first trip to Croatia and we will definitely be returning.
