Best experience ever. The place is perfect but the host is even better. He offers the best and makes you feel really welcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Fred's when visiting Porto!

Lovely accommodation near to the city, cheap and easy to use and Uber to get to any of the sights.
Apartment was well set out with a basic kitchenette, able to prepare simple meals, huge fridge.
The whole property is well designed and set out and great care is taken to keep everything looking that way.
Cute little pool and lovely garden and outside furniture to relax outside.
Great owner, friendly, helpful, great information given about where to eat and what to see and how to see it!

Outstanding hospitality from Fred, the host, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He had a wealth of ideas for making the most of a short trip to Porto. Location is excellent - I mainly took Ubers to make journeys as it is so cheap and reliable, but public transport options are good too.
The shower in my room could have been a bit better, but it was minor overall.

Fred’s house was an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Porto. We really enjoyed getting back to Fred’s house after long days of sightseeing - the terrace was fabulous, and we had everything we needed there. Our room was very comfortable and clean. However, our stay would not have been the same without Fred’s hospitality. We enjoyed learning about Porto from Fred and tried many of Fred’s recommendations for sightseeing spots and food locations.
