I like that it is a very private property, you feel safe and in your own space. Very clean and spacious, my room was very comfortable. Close to the metro station and the bus station was across the street, so transportation was very easy.

A lovely and cozy room downstairs with a garden view. Breakfast was very good and you can have tea or coffee 24/7. That's nice. An excellent location, nearby the subway.

Breakfast was good, tasty, and the lady who served it was very nice and friendly. The room was spacious. The access instructions were clear.
Everything is very old and run down: the sheets, the pillows, the towels. Linens really need regular updating because after so many uses they cannot possibly look clean, even if they are. The bathroom has two showers, but one was broken and the shower head on the other one was not fixed, so you had to hold it with one hand, less than ideal or comfortable. The mattresses are unconfortable (perhaps they are also old). The rooms, walls and floors are not properly insulated, so if you have noisy neighbours, you will hear them from all angles. We did. On top of that, the minifridge made loud noises every 20 minutes or so, all night long. Personally, I would have found it unpleasant to spend more than one night there, but luckily that's all we needed to stay.
