The room I had was very spacious! It itself was rather large, but there also were a table by the window and a separate closet, so, more than enough space for storing stuff. The bed was very comfy! The shower was spacious too. I also had breakfast included and I enjoyed it! There were toiletries (excluding body lotion) and a hairdryer.
The soundproofing could have been better. It was rather ok at first but on my last day someone checked in into a room nearby and I was hearing constant coughing which was extremely annoying. So, I could say, earplugs are a must, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Location seems good
There were no extras whatsoever like tissue box , kettle . Also only one key is issued and the key to be deposited with the receptionist at exit
