La ubicación es pésima, se encuentra en medio del bosque, no hay nada cerca. No hay piscina, no hay playa cerca.

Schöner Blick auf Bali und schöner, gepflegter Garten. Achtung: Eine der drei Hütten ist so verbaut, dass man keinen Ausblick hat. Schade.
Sehr ruhig, weil sehr weit weg von großen Straßen und jedem Trubel. Morgens gibt es dafür ein Vogel-Orchester.
Die Anlage gehört einem Indonesier. Entsprechend ist alles recht gut organisiert: Als Taxifahrer holt er vom Hafen ab, kümmert sich hier und da, organisiert einen Roller. Das Personal ist entsprechend bemüht.

Sehr weit weg von allem, so dass man unbedingt einen fahrbaren Untersatz braucht.
Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche! Insgesamt sind die Hütten ein wenig ungepflegt: Das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden, die Schiebetüren klemmen. Die Fotos schmeicheln der Anlage sehr (gibt wohl viele fähige digitale Nomaden auf Bali, die auch Photoshop und Kamera beherrschen.
Kommunikation mit dem Personal ein bisschen eingeschränkt, da mein Indonesisch nicht vorhanden ist - und deren Englisch eher schwach. (Es hat aber alles gut funktioniert!!!)

Beauty cozy house. Amazing place for the price and very close to the Main Street. Though you will need a scooter to go around. Staff were helpful too in arranging taxi and scooter.

Adorable little cottages in a great location with amazing views. The road to get up there is well maintained and easy to access with scooter. Staff was very friendly and helped us extend our stay. Hope to be back soon

The view is exceptional. The staff is very responsive and friendly. They offer a food delivery to the hotel available which is convenient and tastes ok. The bedroom is technically cozy, however ...
- there was a lot of gecko faeces during our stay and already when we arrived on the first evening
- the room and especially the bathroom has not been properly cleaned
- even after requesting another cleaning, it was still dirty
- the cottage itself is poorly constructed, through the roofs large cockroaches (7-8cm) and geckos (20-25cm) entered our room

Very friendly hosts, cozy room, exceptionally great view. There's a water heater and free coffee and tea. Value for the price is really great. I liked that there were big cupboards with keys.
The place is 10 minutes by motorbike from everything. So you'll be in a bit of nowhere. If you drive home late you'll have to wake up the half jungle.
I would have loved a small fridge.

Cute, comfortable cabins with beautiful views. staff were extremely helpful with organising transport around the island for a fair price.

Their hospitality is so good that you will feel like a family member.They provide hotel transfers and scooter rentals as well. You can gaze at the stars, watch bali mountains, Blue ocean, find the inner peace and all thanks to the wonderful location of the property. The garden is well crafted and maintained. We highly recommend Hotra hill cottage.

Beautiful place! Kadek was the most wonderful host who organised scooters, ferry tickets and served us breakfast every day. Our room was cleaned every day, We loved our stay here.

We loved our stay here. Bungalows are very comfortable and spacious, bathroom is modern. The rooms are cleaned daily and are generally in good condition. There is tasty breakfast on request. The view is the best part: when it's clear you get to see Mount Agung and the ocean. The property is located on a hill and you will need a motorbike to get to restaurants, shops and everything else but you will generally need one to explore the island anyway.

The owner is amazing, always trying to help and the rooms are very good and clean too, Very good place if you want to stay in Nusa Penida, good value for money.
