Convenient location, a few coffee shops and a bakery in the same low-rise block and a helpful lady owner.
As in older hotels, rooms are in need of a major spruced up.

It is the hotel nearest to Wisma Sayan mall and despite in the city center, the rates are very affordable
The room definitely looks old and in need to maintenance. Ex: air con swing vent spoilt, hot water flask leaking etc

"The staff is very friendly. Daytime hard to find parking, because that is the centre of the town. Shops closes early but that's fine."
