Eher eine Pension als ein Hotel

Der Check-in per Pin-Code verlief problemlos und flexibel.

Für den Preis (70 Euro/Nacht) in Randlage habe ich mehr erwartet. Vor allem das Bad war dürftig und billig ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die Bezeichnung "Hotel" überzogen.

Kesinlikle mutlu ayrılamadığımız tek yer oldu.

Büyük bir alana kurulu bir tesis merkezi bir lokasyonda.ücretsiz kendilerine ait park yerinin olması.

İlk rezervasyon yapılan odalar pisti, temizlenmemişti sonraki oda ağır tuvalet kokuyordu. Sonraki geçtiğimiz oda temiz ama banyosu minyatür kişiler için. İlk gün odaya iki tane su ikramı sonrası,her gün housekeeping yapılmasına rağmen sular yenilenmedi, havlular 3 gün boyunca aynıydı değiştirilmedi. Çevrede kültablası yada çöp kutusu yoktu.Bu sebeple dışarıda içtiğimiz sigaraları söndürüp poşetle cebimize koyup odaya çıktım. sabaha karşı erken saatte uyandım ve otopark alanı karanlık olduğu için korktum, aşağıya inmeden oda da değil ! banyonun penceresini açıp gayri ihtiyari bir sigara yaktım ve hemen suyla söndürdüm.Onuda ped poşetine koyup tuvalet kağıdıyla sarıp hemen çöpe attım housekeeping çöpteki sigarayı görüp odada sigara içildiğini iddia etmiş ve oda da kesinlikle sigara içilmedi. Ama bana herhangi bir mesaj uyarı yapmadan, oda şifremi değiştirmişler ve eşyalarımız içeride olmasına rağmen odaya girmemize izin vermediler. Sonra işyeri sahibine durumu açıkladım ve herhangi bir kültablası çöp kutusu vs olmadığı için odanın çöp kutusuna çöpü attığımı ilettim ve yasak olduğu bir daha yapmamam konusunda uyardı ve kültablası çöp kutusu vs konuldu girişteki alanlara ve sigaranızı orada içebilirsiniz dendi,. odaya tekrar yeni bir şifre vererek odaya girişimize izin verdi. Ve bundan sonra herkes aşağıya inip sigarasını içti diğer oda misafirleri dahil. Kendisine whatsapptan sormama rağmen buna bir cevap alamadım, kahve makinesi, herhangi bir ısıtıcı çay kahve ikramı yada kendiniz kahvenizi alsanız ısıtacağınız her hangi birşey yok. Günlük yenilenen havlu ve su yok. Tesisin anlaşmalı olduğu yerden kahvaltı alabilirsiniz,Tesisin alt kısımda kendine ait restoranı var, yiyecek içecek ihtiyacınızı oradan karşılayabilirsiniz restoran fiyatı ödeyerek. Tamamiyle misafirin herşeye para ödemesi üzerine kurulu bir yer. Banyodaki saç kurutma makinesi çok eski model,duşakabinler çok dar .Otelin kesin net kuralı sigara içilmemesi.

A bed to sleep in but can be challenging in cold weather.

The room was available as booked and information was sent through the app and text. The information was also in English. Other that that, it was just a place to sleep. Firmness of the bed was okay.

I can't say a lot about the property other than the room was really cold and the quilt really thin. Also they used a very scented fabric softener. An annoying always-on tablet was fixed to the wall giving a blue glow in the room when lights was turned off. Had to cover it with a towel. I did not have contact with staff as it was all self-service. No Breakfast available at the property, but they did inform about that with recommendation on an alternative (a bakery that did not accept card payment).

Comfortabe hotel in Neuss

The room was clean and check in was easy. The ordered parking spot was too small for the transporter, but I could park for free in a side street. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. During night it was silent. I can recommend this place.

I didn´t like that thy said, they will charge while checking in. They charged some hours before from my credit card.

We paid for 2 nights but left after one night! Unbearable place to stay on the street side (room 10)

The restaurant and the kind waiter at the hotel.

The owner or the receptionist was unkind and totally uninterested in receiving the guests. She was angry and frustrated that I had not checked the email nor sms upon my arrival for the 6 digit code to open the door. So instead of a welcome, she was lecturing me! Our room no. 10 on the third floor (2nd in Europe) was facing the busy road with non stop noise of cars and trucks and people who screamed at night, so we could not sleep (the weather was hot so we had to keep the windows open). No fan or air condition. If your room is on the street side, and it's summer, you won't be able to sleep with the windows open. We asked for another room on the other side facing the inner court but the lady did not give us another room. Instead, she offered a more expensive room with extra cost! We had no idea that the hotel was situated on such a busy and loud road. So I can not recommend this hotel. No breakfast and the nearest bakery is 1.3 km ( 1 mile ) away! No parking space was left for us (too little space for our car) - but their own car was parked there! In short, all parking spaces were occupied, so we had to look for a parking space on the streets. The shower door was such bad quality that it took a few minutes to open and close. They had a screen on the wall that you could not turn off so we could not make the room dark to sleep.

1 no.receotion,y have to.do everything by yourself.so there is no service 2.room.is very small and cold.no heating in middlenight.can not sleep at al 3.quilt is very thin..as no reception we can not ask more quilt at all. i have to say it is very bad experience in such a cold season

Cold! Unhygenic and dirty (I found tissue paper under the bed). Heavy smell of cigarettes in the room. No breakfast, even though the reservation said there's breakfast on the site. Reception non-existent: no access to a person to resolve issues.

Exceptional

Very good cleaning. And the matrasses were very good. Perfect and quick way of checking in and entering the door with the code.

It's challenging to get to the 2nd floor with a pram, we didn't see a lift. But once we were in the room our stay was very comfortable. The bathroom very simple but everything very well cleaned. Would recommend this hotel!

excellent hospitality amd quiet comftable for three adults in one room

the resteraunt was downstairs. room was a good size , same with bathroom.

directly on main road so you have to be aware of noise , especially in summer as there is no aircon like most hotels, so you get the noise more

Ideal if you just need a place to sleep

Bed was very clean and well made, shower was super powerful, room was quiet. I was staying for the weekend to visit friends and it was just a place to sleep really, and it did that just fine. I would stay again if visiting the same friends. I didn't see anyone from the hotel, it was deserted the whole time, never saw a reception, but then I did literally only go to sleep there so to be honest I was completely fine not seeing any staff.
