Great balcony, wish I could have stayed longer.

The apartment was great. The balcony overlooking the river was our favorite part. It was incredibly roomy and I wish we could have stayed here longer.

We couldn't get the dryer to work, but there was a clothes rack and hangers so we were able to get our clothes dry.

Amazing apartment with a great view and an old, noisy air-conditioning system.

The view is extraordinary, the apartment is luxurious, spacious and have almost everything

Extremely Noisy, old air-conditioning. During hot days it was useless. I believe that in 2023 you can install a machine that will cool a living room, no matter how hot it is outside or that the inside is made of wood. But I guess the owner doesn't.

Beautiful spacious apartment, immaculately presented with view to die for, exceptional value.

Spectacular river front third floor apartment overlooking Charles Bridge and about 30 metre walk to bridge. The apartment is beautifully appointed and has all amenities. Very spacious and beautiful. Mika was great at communicating with us and check in and out was easy. Great location for restaurants, bars and walking to main historic attractions.

The air conditioning wasn’t very good but we acknowledge the weather was consistently over 30 degrees Celsius and the apartment has high ceilings. The elevator only goes down and the stairs challenged a member of our family with a disability. I had understood there would be a functional lift and only book properties advertising a lift.

Location and the spaciousness of the unit. Also the balcony … our favourite!

The steps up to the unit weren’t ideal. Would be great if guests could access the elevator, at least to get bags up when checking in.

Central modern apartment with great view.

Perfect location for a touristic stay, amazing view over the river, Charles Bridge and the historical castle from 3 large windows and a balcony. Spacious, modern and clean apartment, very quiet despite being on main road with trams. Warm welcome and great help from owner.

Fantastic apartment in perfect location.

Stunning location overlooking the Charles Bridge. Very spacious rooms with high ceilings in a beautiful building. On 2nd floor so great views from the balcony. Showers were great with plenty of hot water. Great communication with owner.

Only slightly negative point was that the kitchen was a bit small so not much space if two of you were in there trying to make drinks.

Best view in Prague and amazing location.

I can't imagine having a better view from a hotel room. Jaw dropping views of Prague Castle and Charles bridge. It was a great size for a family of four with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Besides the view, the location was amazing. About a minute walk to the Charles bridge and surrounding shops and restaurants. Probably 2 minutes to the theatre. The old square is an easy 10min walk. Had laundry facilities which is important with kids. It was warm and comfortable and the perfect place to spend Christmas with the kids. Prague is spectacular!

This place is amazing however there were a couple of issues. The lift is not available to guests and lugging suitcases up 2 floors (4 flights) is hard work. Plus it was a challenge for my partner who struggles with a muscle disorder. The kitchen is a bit dated and VERY small, especially given the size of the rest of the apartment. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this apartment.

An absolute gem of a flat in Prague in a stunning central location

The host came and met us for check in to give us the keys and show us around. She had also arranged for our private transfer so the driver called ahead direct to the host to inform her of our arrival time. The flat was HUGE for a 2 bed - huge living room with balcony overlooking the river and Prague Castle. Two great size bedrooms, both en suite (with a 3rd toilet too) and kitchen with oven, stove and dishwasher so we were able to have some lovely breakfasts/dinners sitting out on the balcony. Could recommend more highly!

Superb

Nice apartment with a great location. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and ACs. The view from living room balcony is so good, you can see the sun set behind Prague castle.

AC not very efficient. Some kitchen utensils a little worn out or dirty.

the most beautiful window view in a city ever!

I guess you won't find a city view from a window in the whole world better than here! It's like from a fairytale... the apartment is very spacious even for 2 pairs of people with 2 bedrooms, each with own en suite bathroom + extra guest toilet, large living room, small but well equipped kitchen and 2 balconies - one to a yard and other almost over the Vltava river; everything is close by, a supermarket 10-15 min walk away at Narodni; very clean, recently renovated; a new lift has already been built and probably will operate soon... dishwasher, oven, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine and dryer as well as big TV are there; we definitely want to come back!

the strength of the wifi signal is pretty week in one bedroom as it is a big apartment and the modem is placed in a laundry room; probably that's also why the TV has some disruptions... the pillows could be of better quality...
