Room decorated as in the photo in Booking: double bed with thick mattress, table and chair, glasses, cute balcony. The room is on the ground floor. The host is working nearby, she waited for me for my late arrival and she showed me the room. Location of the place is on a parallel line to the main street, noises from the main street are covered by the building in front. Green area with flowers. Good curtains to keep privacy from the outside yard on the ground floor. Close proximity to South Beach. The place is clean and maintained with care.
It seems the house was built time ago, there is an unpleasant smell from the drain hole in the bathroom. The smell goes after the shower.

Hatte die Unterkunft hauptsächlich wegen der privaten Parkmöglichkeit gebucht, weil ich mit Auto samt Anhänger und Motorrad drauf unterwegs war.
Nett war auch die kleine Terrasse vor dem Zimmer. Das war ok, der Rest hat mir nicht gefallen.
Mein Zimmer war nicht im Haupthaus, sondern in einem Anbau. Das Zimmer selbst war klein und hat gemuffelt, das Badezimmer war winzig. Die alte Klimaanlage musste man stundenlang laufen lassen, damit es etwas abkühlt. Nachdem ich das gemeldete habe, sagte die Frau, sie werde einen Techniker bestellen. Das erzählt sie wohl jedem, da ich in den Bewertungen gesehen habe, dass das Problem schon in der Vergangenheit moniert wurde. Außerdem riecht die ausgeströmte Luft übel, wegen nicht gewechselter Filter.
Der private Parkplatz war gut, allerdings die Beschreibung, wie man da hinkommt, war auf Bulgarisch und und unpräzise, wie auch die Fotos.
Hat dazu geführt, dass ich erst mein Auto samt Anhänger auf einem falschen Hof abgestellt habe. Der Hof, wo man parken kann, ist 200m die Straße runter. Stört mich persönlich nicht, sollte aber klar beschrieben werden, auch auf Englisch für Ausländer.
