Comfortable beds

Unfortunately, our recent stay at Ace Hôtel Paris Sud Villabé was quite disappointing, especially because we had stayed at the same hotel the previous year and had a much better experience. We booked a room for four people, but instead of being given a proper four-person room, a fourth bed had simply been added to a room that was clearly designed for three people. The room was therefore very cramped and uncomfortable. What made this particularly disappointing is that we know the hotel has rooms specifically designed for four people, as we stayed in one during our previous visit. There were also some basic issues with the room. There was no toilet paper provided, and we were given only two large shower towels for four people. We had to share the towels between us, which is not what we would expect when booking accommodation for four guests. Overall, the stay did not meet the standard we experienced at this hotel the year before. The staff may be fine, but the room preparation and basic amenities need considerably more attention. We hope the hotel will ensure that guests booking for four people are provided with a proper four-person room and the appropriate number of towels and basic supplies.

Secure parking. Close to lots of take away food outlets. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No tea making facilities in room.
