The property is very easy to find, and conveniently located on the hill above Brixham harbour. There is a park with great views only a few hundred meres away, and (very steep) paths to a couple of rocky coves just beyond. The artillery museum is right there too. The harbour and town are walking distance, although the roads (everywhere thereabouts) are quite narrow and hilly.
The bungalow itself is very comfortable and well furnished - the beds are particularly good! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the patio set is good for eating outside. The hot water is from a combi boiler, so it never runs out (useful for teenagers!) The rooms (particularly bathroom & kitchen) are spacious. The TV isn't 'smart', but it has a Chromecast attached, so you can run Netflix etc. from your phone quite easily. The wifi is excellent.
There are local shops, but the big supermarkets are in Paignton, only about 10 minutes drive, as is the nearest sandy beach (if that's your thing.) There is also a bus stop right outside the house.
We were here for 2 weeks, so plenty of time to find niggles. And there weren't many, and none of any great importance.
The entrance to the off-road parking is very narrow. You wouldn't get an SUV in; we just about managed with a Zafira, but it was still tight getting out of the car! To be fair, parking on the road shouldn't be an issue, but there was building work going on up the road while we were there, and white vans were everywhere.
The shower screen isn't really long enough (the shower is over the bath) so unless you're really careful the bathroom floor gets very wet.
The garden is small, with grass, trees & bushes and it's divided in two by a tiny washing line. It's also not fully enclosed, so not really suitable for small children.
And that's about it. Highly recommended.

Great location (10/15 minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes into Brixham along a lovely little (buggy friendly- just about) path) very spacious and comfortable. The garden is lovely and bigger than it looks in the photos. Very clean place. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

A nice spacious bungalow
A strange noise from the plumbing persisted for three hours one night but went off again. No harm done, but a little worrying.
