Panacea resort was just perfect. Our Villa Manager Khun was there to greet us along with the staff and welcome us into the villa. It is set in the hills and we had a great view of the island. Such a unique and special experience- a private pool and complete privacy from the other villas. We had complimentary breakfast every morning and also ordered some provisions for our stay. Although not our original plan as we thought we’d be out in the evenings, we loved the food and villa so much we opted for the chef cooked meals each night. We were travelling with children (10 & 5) with plenty of options for them. The adults had the most delicious Thai food - we highly recommend the sea bass, chicken and cashew, Tom yum and pineapple rice. On the last night we opted for a BBQ with largest langoustines I have ever seen! The villa was peaceful, modern touches like air con in the bedrooms, completely safe and the staff were very attentive. We loved them all. The villa is about a 4-5min drive to fisherman’s village and the main town but Grabs are easy to find and the villa can also arrange transportation. We were there for 3 nights anf wished we could have stayed longer. We organised the elephant sanctuary through the villa as it was important to us that it was ethical and the elephants cared for. I would recommend highly doing this. We also booked independently a private tour of Koh Samui and saw some amazing things for as little as £24 per person - amazing value. We also arranged Thai massages through the villa as the service is carried out at the villa in guest bedrooms. It was amazing value for money and we all felt brand new! This is a breathtaking, once in a lifetime stay. Great for families, friends and couples. If you’re going to Koh Samui and want a taste of luxury at an affordable price with lovely staff, we highly recommend.

The stay was perfect. The only thing to mention is that the pool walls and some areas of the floor were a little abrasive. It was fine for us adults but with the young ones who were kicking off from the sides and swimming to the bottom, they did have some minor grazing to their fingers, toes. Not dangerous but just something to be mindful of.

Probablement l’un des endroits les plus parfaits de mes voyages. Le charme de la maison est à couper le souffle, lorsque vous arrivez les yeux en prenne plein la vue. La décoration est soignée, la villa est ouverte à la fois sur l’extérieur ce qui agrandit considérablement l’espace. L’ensemble des objets ont été sélectionnés avec soin et toute la maison est entretenue. Le personnel est d’un dévouement absolu du début à la fin, ils répondent et à anticipent vos besoins. Chaleureux, accueillant et à l’écoute de vos désirs ils sont présents et à la fois discrets. Mille mercis à Pocky qui a rendu ce moment familial exceptionnel et a su honorer l’anniversaire de l’enfant qui était avec nous. Les repas étaient extrêmement copieux et les petits déjeuners idylliques face à la mer.

The service was excellent, the view is breathtaking and the villa is well kept! The location is great and is just what we are looking for. We will definitely be coming back, thank you for a wonderful stay!
